Brilliant hotel. Rooms were in 3 parts... bathroom which had a shower and toliet. Also had a hair dryer in there. Bedrooms were okay, pillows werent great so i used a blanket out of the cuboard instead. Lounge and kitchen was handy for the fridge mainly. On two of our 4 nights, the cleaners in the morning were moving furiture around by dragging it, the noise was very loud and woke us up around 9am which was very annoying. I think if you need to be moving furniture around then there should be two cleaners lifting it together to respect that guest will still be sleeping and relaxing on there holiday. Overall the noise does travel in this hotel, and i wouldnt recommended it to people who arent instrested in the ibiza night life. The hotel in general is really lovely, the pool, bar, food and DJ was all superb. Receptionist were okay but the best out of the staff was the waiters and waitress's.

Mike and Aaron superb customer service. Proper grafters. Nothing too much trouble for all the staff but those 2 were stand outs of a great bunch of staff.

Beautiful hotel

This is our third time visiting the hotel, it's beautiful, the facilities are clean and gorgeous and the overall vibe is unbeatable. On this stay, much more than usual there was lots of noise from other rooms late into the night and very early in the morning, lots of stomping and shouting. But I imagine this is the same across the whole of this area of Ibiza

Lovely Stay

Pros: Good Location, Clean, Modern, Adults Only and Good Price
Me and my friend have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. Emailed the hotel before we arrived to let them know our arrival time was early so could they store our luggage to which they replied straight away saying no problem. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived but they locked our luggage away and gave us towels to stay around the pool. Once we checked in the room was lovely and big, huge balcony and nice sized rooms and bathroom. Beds comfortable, cleaners come in once a day to make beds and give clean towels. The pool is lovely, clean and cool! Food is beautiful, tried breakfast and lunch and everything was quick and really delicious. Location is good, could always get a taxi to anywhere and walk-able from Ocean Beach, San Antonio ect. Would 100% recommend and stay again!!

Service gleich Null

Sehr schönes modernes Design. Das Restaurant ist auch gut wenn es dann mal offen hat, aber den Rest ist wirklich total entäuschend. Ich denke das man sogar in einer Jugenherberge mehr Service hat als dieses Hotel. Auf den Zimmer hat es wirklich so gut wie nichts. Keine taschentücher, keine telefonnummer von der Reception kein Föhn (10€ depot) kein Bügeleisen (10€ depot) strandtücher auch 10€ depot usw..... wirklich sehr enttäuschend
