Villa Verde - Ylellinen Ocean ja Mountain View Villa

Upea puoliväli nykyaikainen huvila, josta on näkymät merelle ja vuorille. Istuu vuoren huipulla, kaukana kaikista moottoriteiden melusta, 180 asteen näkymät toisella puolella Tyynenmeren ja Santa Ynezin vuoristosta.

Kaunis takana ja takana kannet mukavilla patio huonekaluilla aurinkoa, lukemista, ulkona aterioita, teetä tai cocktaileja.

Mukava perheille. 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Hiljattain uusittu moderniin laitteisiin ja täydellinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, moderni keittiö, nopea WiFi, kaapeli ja Netflix.

13 minuutin kävelymatka Summerlandin rannalle ja 6 minuutin kävelymatka kaupungin keskustaan, jossa on kahviloita, ravintoloita, kauppoja ja viininmaistajaisia.

Charming
We traveled to the area for our daughters wedding and needed a place to call home, and that just what we got! From the moment I booked Vinita was an excellent host! She responded quickly to my emails and questions. She made sure everything we needed was there and read for our stay! The home is absolutely charming and full of anything and everything you could need for a trip! The open airy feeling is so welcoming. The patio was perfect for our party of 4 to relax from all the crazy things wedding related. The kitchen is well stocked with everyhting you may need. Very comfortable! The home is clean and well cared for. Its also very convienient and close to SB and the beach but far enough away you don't feel crowded. We have traveled to SB many times, as our dgt lives there but had never explored Summerland. What a charming little town. Go take a walk, grab a coffee at the cafe and walk the cute shops! You wont be dissapointed.

Cute Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Close to downtown Santa Barbara and the funk zone and all of the amazing restaurants. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the beautiful outdoor spaces this home has to offer. The hosts were amazing and I would stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our time in Summerland. Kitchen was completely stocked. Views were excellent. Lots of outside space to relax. Close to Santa Barbara and other small beach towns.

Perfect Getaway
Our Friends get away was wonderful. The Ville Verde was as described and didn’t disappoint. Summerland is a perfect place to stay if you want a great home town feel and it’s conveniently located to Santa Barbara. The Propert Manager was excellent to communicate with and very helpful.

Great home and location!
This home was perfect for a girls weekend (4 of us). The communication with owner (Vanita) was great and she even allowed us a late check out. House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and access to Netflix was nice. We absolutely loved the location. A quick walk to the beach or the cute restaurants/shops in town (although a very steep hill to get there and back so be prepared!). The house is on top of a hill where we had a great view of the ocean. Great deck areas to sit outside the house and relax. Only about 10 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a fun and relaxing weekend!

New Years Weekend
My grown children and I spent the weekend at Villa Verde. It was comfortable, a great locale, relaxing, and the living room was big enough for all 6 of us. Nearby shops, the beach, Montecito, and Santa Barbara… I recommend it!
