The open layout of this abode home will be perfect for entertaining the whole family with ease. The living room boasts a plush leather sofa and a large TV to host movie nights with ease. Adjacent to the living area awaits an accommodating dining room and fully equipped kitchen to whip up anything from a tasty snack to a gourmet meal with ease. Bring along your favorite swimsuits to head out to the shared pool during warm summer days or the shared hot tub on cooler evenings. If you still haven't had your fill of fresh air, the private furnished patio at home will be just the place to sip cocktails as the sun sets in the distance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Worst Experience
We got to the property and it was FILTHY. No one had cleaned after the previous guests…Dirty sheets in a ball on the beds, crumbs on the counter, trash on the floor…I opened the cabinet to get cleaner to clean the crumbs and the only cleaner had been diluted with so much water, it would have been useless (I have pix I can provide) …Kept trying to contact the owner…only received dispatch for the property manager. It took them over 2 hours to even get back to us and tell us they would relocated us to a less convenient property 20 min away. Stay away. This was the worst rental experience EVER

Wonderful Property
This property was maintained well beyond my expectations. Even though pets are allowed, you would never know by how immaculately clean the property was. There are even supplies for your pet including a water bowl. The main bedroom shower is fantastic. The neighborhood is gated, quiet, and well-maintained.

Excellent rental!
Everything about the rental was terrific. Very clean, super comfy beds, loved that we could park in a garage, nice amenities. Beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend and would stay again. Only negative is that communication with property management company is terrible. On two occasions we waited more than 24 hours for a reply. Eventually we just called. Thankfully none of it was an urgent need.

Not a home but a condo community
Despite several references to this listing as a "home" it is actually a duplex/attached home/condo in a community. The photos of the unit and pool gives the impression that this is a home with a private pool, which it is not. It was nice though, just not very private...a good location for exploring the parks and hiking.

Dysfunctional house! Dishonest management!
For starters, Vaasa double charged us and refuses to communicate with us about that. Secondly, they promised a refund for broken dishwasher, washer, dryer, and AC (104 degrees out) and major leak in living room roof. They are not responding to texts. Vacasa and owners knew state of the house when they rented it to us.

What a lovely home to spend time in St George exploring! Comfortable and clean, every amenity thoughtfully provided. Close and centralized while being quiet and safe. Would stay here again and again. Loved the fireplace for cozy chats after a day of adventure.

Great hub for golfing and cycling!
We had a wonderful stay. It’s incredibly difficult in the market to find a nice place that is also dog friendly so we were over the moon (and so were our dogs)! Comfortable, safe , quiet place with great common area pool and hot tub! Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook gourmet meals. We appreciated the crisp cool evenings with appetizers and cocktails at the porch table enjoying views of the red rocks of Snow Canyon! Close to walking/bike paths a huge plus! Only drawback was the “smart” thermostat that made the unit warmer than we like in winter. I am sure a quick call to Vacasa could have rectified that, but it was manageable with manual adjustments so we made do. A rare gem. Highly recommend!
