River View is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 8 bath home that comfortably sleeps 26 guests. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Enjoy a cold/hot drink beverage on the observing deck while your kids play on the Foosball table upstairs or enjoy Paradise Village amenities. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Great house and great location

Great Family get away 🎉
Well thought out, handled a group of 20 comfortably. Convenient to the pools and lazy river, adequate dining and fridges for such a large group. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone busy. Lots of TVs, streaming was slow depending upon usage.

Our family enjoyed the large house with lots of fun space and especially the swimming areas. We loved the long and late hours the pools were open. We had a group of 25, and we felt there was plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We will stay here again.

Nice property!
We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

Great for families
It was wonderful although would have been nice to have table ware for each person. We had to take turns using forks. I would have brought my own had we known there weren’t enough for even 1 meal for each of us. We rented a home for 24 and there were maybe 15 forks.

Great for a Big Family
We stayed at this property with 12 adults and 18 kids ages 4 months-13 years, and it was perfect for us! The kitchen was well-stocked for our needs, and the location with Harmon's and Cafe Rio nearby was great. We also loved being so close to the kid's pool. The only issue we had was that we were missing some bedding for the pull-out couch bed and some of the trundle beds in the bunk room. We never heard back from management about that. Thankfully we brought some of our own, and it all worked out. 10/10 Would recommend this as a great place to stay!!

Perfect location and great size!
This property is in the perfect location for families with younger children. The water slides and lazy river are across the street! There is plenty of space for parents to relax while the kids play! The house fit the 5 families we traveled with perfectly! We had 14 kids including some teenagers and they all had a blast! My only suggestion would be to install towel hooks in all the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Perfect location for family fun
We could not have asked for a better home to host our family. The spacious layout and accommodations were great and met all our needs. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. The pool and water play area is literally just across from this home and the kids and grandkids loved every minute of it! Would highly recommend this location for your family and friends.
