Oceanfront Sand - Kaikki uudet 4 makuuhuonetta!

Meidän 1750 neliömetrin Beach House, joka oli täysin uusittu vuonna 2007 sijaitsee vain etelään Aptos & Seascape Resort, noin 12 meripeninkulmaa etelään Santa Cruz. Se tarjoaa panoraama Oceanview 15 päähän hiekkaranta. Voit nauttia kahvia katsomassa delfiinejä ja surffaajien ja sitten katsella auringonlaskua kannelta. Sinulla on suora yhteys rannalle ja tulenteko ovat sallittuja vasta kaksikymmentäkaksi.

Gourmet-keittiö on graniitti ja ruostumaton, on hyvin varusteltu keittiövälineet ja niittejä (mausteet, öljyt, jne) jotain ehkä unohtanut.
Runsaasti paperituotteet (paperipyyhkeitä, WC-paperi) ovat myös mukana. Hiustenkuivaaja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Lovely home with gorgeous view
Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. We absolutely loved our time here and would 100% book again. Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful rainy weekend
This beautiful house allowed us to come together in a large, lovely great room for meals and relaxation, and retreat into separate levels for sleep. The beach right out back was gorgeous - we watched surfers and surf fishers, played in the water, and sheltered on the deck in the rain. A very welcoming home!

Great place for a multi-generational vacation
The location is perfect! Truly right on the sand. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is a plus! The home fit six adults and two kids perfectly. We spent four days swimming, boogie boarding fishing… and the sunsets from the porch were great! Only cons are having to bring own bath towels is a bit of a pain and the kitchen doesn’t have a tea kettle or coffee grinder. Truly is a special place. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!

Mother's Day with my family
The place was really nice. Beautiful ocean views from every floor and room. Downside, I did not know there were 3-floors. I recently had a knee replacement, and I also brought my grandchildren a two-year-old in addition twins which are six months old. It was very difficult to go up and down the stairs on to get to all 3-floors. Lastly, the beds. All the beds except for the top right room were very hard and very uncomfortable. We were not able to sleep on them. Location, great! We made the best of it but had to leave a day early.

Very Happy!
Thank you for a lovely stay! Plenty of room for two families. We all really enjoyed the views from the main living area and upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The beach is literally steps away. Provided beach chairs and boogie boards were perfect for a day at the beach. Beth Ann was very welcoming our entire stay and we can’t wait to return!

This home was a great way to relax and be refreshed. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs. The view from the windows was a feast to our eyes and the beach so accessible to children who wanted to play. The pictures on the web site made it look as if the doors opened on the beach and did not show the flights of stairs. Bringing ones own towels was a hassle for us.
