Good hotel with a poor ‘gym’
In general, the hotel is very good very comfortable, friendly, good beds, clean, good shower, good TV, Good A/C and in a good location. I wish they have a better ‘gym’ and not only 2 treadmills plus 2 elliptical. No weights at all. They have to do something regarding the gym

We had a very nice time at this Hotel. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms overlooking the forest are worth the upgrade. The staff was very nice and attentive. They honored our Expedia VIP perks and went beyond that to make us happy. The restaurant was awesome. They have many choices on the menu and very good food. Saturday Brunch was phenomenal. Our servers were Richard and David and they really showed they know about customer service. But everyone was nice and they all worked like a team. They had some live music which sounded nice, but it would have been better if it wasn't so loud in the lobby area. We had a hard time hearing the receptionist when we checked out.

My vip status reservation explicitly stated perks such as free welcome beverage, late check-out and room upgrade. Only a beverage was provided, though it was terrible. When I enquired about those, they flat out rejected layout check out even though the hotel was far from full, and condescendingly offered lat check out. Lower staff were the kindest and serviced minded employees, those in higher ranks (e.g front desk) were terrible.
