Incredible views from this perfectly located pueblo adobe home with first class amenities. Minutes from the Plaza this lovely contemporary pueblo adobe home enjoys fabulous 180 degree sunset, Santa Fe city and western views. With an open floor plan and high end appointments this home features fine finishes such as hard trowel plaster walls, vigas, flagstone floors, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops.

A kiva fireplace is found in the living room as are even more incredible views from abundant windows in all areas and rooms of the home! For the true mountain experience the hot tub awaits on back portal - beautiful sunsets, cities views and more stars than can be counted! Adobe Santa Fe is newly available and will feature all of the finest and freshest upon your arrival.

The Master suite offers a king bed, jetted luxurious bath, large walk-in jetted shower with direct access to the deck and hot tub. In addition there is another suite with full private bath. The additional bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a single twin bed with northern views and deck access. There is another full bath in the hall for these two bedrooms to share.

The state of the art kitchen is complete with sub zero stainless steel appliances, high-end cookware, built in desk and a counter bar with seating for two.

In addition to the main living area, each bedroom is equipment with flat screen televisions with satellite TV and Netflix. Adobe Santa Fe is filled with beautiful art and a professional and custom decor to simply relax and enjoy your stay in our beautiful City.

There are two additional outdoor areas off of the front and back entrance to enjoy an outdoor meal on the BBQ.

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If not, uber is available as well as public transportation in the downtown area. The closest bus stop to our home is about a 2.2 mile walk (up a hill) making public transportation really not feasible from the house but once downtown there are plenty of options. Please remember that a car with 4 wheeled drive is recommended in winter and is required if snowing or has snowed recently.


Parking: Free parking on premises

4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter due to steep road to access home and driveway. If there is snow or ice, it is very difficult to climb the road to our house without 4x4.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am per Santa Fe's short term rental ordinance. Please help us keep short term rentals alive in Santa Fe by being respectful to the neighbors and ensuring you keep to the quiet hours.

Pets are welcome but do need prior authorization and a $150 pet fee. Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet along.

Excellent!
House was exactly as pictured and described. Very well appointed with soaps (dishwasher, laundry, body wash), shampoo, conditioner and lotion in all bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with common oils and spices. Gorgeous view! Lots of toys for big (teens) and little kids. Easy access to downtown and the ski mountain.

My second time staying here, this stay was every bit as wonderful as I remember. Beautiful, cozy New Mexico-style home has something for everyone: large private balcony, gourmet kitchen, game room, baby gear, snow gear, and plenty of bathrooms. It was the perfect location for my large, age-diverse family.

Beautiful home in perfect location!
We loved our stay. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Plenty of space for our family of four. Our kids loved the game room. The porch and view is what makes this place a stand-out — watching the sunsets was breathtaking and memorable. We loved the location being just a short drive into town and also just two minutes away from the Dale Ball trails for hiking and trail running. Very much hope we can stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
We have traveled to Santa Fe many times but always stayed downtown or resort lodging. We were looking for a house with true Santa Fe styling, views, comfort and proximity to the city square. This house met all those and more. It is a great home with separate main bedroom from the 2 other guest rooms. It is well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. We enjoyed the patios and amazing views and sunsets. The drive downtown was an easy 5 minutes. We truly enjoyed this home and plan to return. Thank you

Wonderful house with amazing views!
A perfect experience. We had five in our group (2 couples). The house has three really nice outdoor spaces, including a huge back porch with incredible views. Every bedroom has great views too, especially the master. Large kitchen and living room. Very nicely furnished with lots of great details and conveniences. The management company was also wonderful - very responsive and even had someone come to put away our Instacart order before we arrived. Easily 5 stars across the board!

Amazing home in Santa Fe
This beautiful home was the perfect home base for our first visit to Santa Fe. The views alone were spectacular! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed with many special touches that were above and beyond our expectations. The location of this home is also absolutely perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to town, shopping, and fantastic restaurants, yet still only a few minutes away from so many beautiful hiking trails and outdoor activities. We loved everything about it! Communication with Kelly was exceptional from start to finish and the offer to have our groceries delivered and arranged in the home upon our arrival was so very much appreciated! We would absolutely recommend this amazing home to anyone visiting Santa Fe and we sure hope to be back! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing home with our family.

A wonderful escape!
A lovely property. Property management company was very responsive when we ran into a plumbing issue - fixed the same day! The only warning I'd give to potential guests is that the shared bathroom in the hallway does not have a shower or a bath (only a toilet & sink) so the only full bathrooms are accessed through bedrooms. Other than that, everything was spectacular - if the bathroom layout is not an issue for you, 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Location

We stayed for 5 nights. This was a beautifully appointed home in Santa Fe. The views were amazing. Wanted to be there each night in the hot tub as the sun was setting. It was a treat each night. Very close to town. House had everything we needed for a family. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property, amazing location
The house was beautiful, and the location ideal. We were a family of 6 -- parents, 2 adult (20-ish) kids, one future son-in-law, and one grandfather (81) -- staying in the Santa Fe area for the week. North Hills was a perfect home for us. The house itself is beautiful -- spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and appointed. The patio overlooking the valley was an amazing place to have breakfast or linger over the long evening watching the sun go down. The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy (especially the master bedroom and bathroom). And the location was fantastic: the neighborhood around the house itself is gorgeous, and it is only 4 minutes outside the downtown/old town area, but is also on the "edge" of the more remote, natural areas of the mountains and national forests. 10 minutes the other direction, and you are in the midst of gorgeous forest, with many mountain hiking trails with fantastic views all around. It was perfect. The hosts were also wonderful -- they communicated with us throughout the process, and made sure we had everything we needed. A perfect place for a family get-away!

This home was exactly as advertised, it was very spacious, well stocked and very clean upon our arrival. It was close enough to everything in Santa Fe and provided a nice starting point for some longer day trips around the area. The owners were easy to work with. The only thing, the home is full of steps that can sometimes be a bit tricky for people traveling with older family members, it is still doable just something that people may want to be aware of. However, I would still recommend this lovely home with its spectacular views to anyone who would ask.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is excellent, well above town but just a couple minutes by car. Excellent expansive views and nice breezes on the patio. Great hot tub. Nice floor plan with the master on one side and two other bedrooms on the other. Great responsive owner, lots of suggestions. This would be a good house for winter or summer rental. We used the kitchen most evenings and it is well stocked, easy to use. Really everything is great here and it’s a nice quiet place!
