SUMMARY
Paz is a charming detached guest house nestled among the pinions in the foothills of the stunning Sangre de Christo (Blood of Christ), mountains just minutes from the legendary Plaza in Santa Fe. The mountains are so named for the blood-red color they occasionally adopt during our remarkable sunsets.

LIVING AREA
The efficient living space features a comfortable couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a large smart TV. The room is flooded with natural light via the large windows that highlight the amazing views.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully-equipped to cook any meal, and an additional standing table is provided for extra counter space, or a dining area.

BED AND BATH
The king size bedroom features more large windows so that our city’s beautiful mountains are the first thing you see when you wake up. Ample closet space is provided in the hallway. The updated bathroom features gorgeous tiling, a glass shower guard, and a rainfall shower head in the shower/tub combo.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside and drink in the views or a glass of wine around the fire pit on the patio, or head to the private hot tub for unforgettable starry night vistas.

LOCATION
Paz is also just minutes from the Dale Ball hiking and biking trails which ramble through pinion and pine to enhance the experience. To immerse in this quiet and peaceful setting will create marvelous memories of “The Land of Enchantment”.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee
- This home is a guest home for the owner's property. The driveway is shared, but the home itself and the outdoor spaces are private.
- Unless you have Verizon, cell service is spotty at this home. Cell phones should work if you enable Wi-Fi calling.
- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

It's All About the View
We picked this home because of the awesome view! It was conveniently located and easy to get to. King size bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a living room and kitchen. We were so busy touring that we never found time for the hot tub but it was nice having that available for our use.

The Two Casitas was a perfect place for the two of us. Beautiful and quiet setting in the hills overlooking mountains; great place for an evening cocktail, and the hot tub allowed us to relax after dinner. Just enough room for the two of us, and a kitchen that allowed us to cook some nights. Easy access to town via car. Would definitely stay there again.

Mountainview escape
8 minutes to everything in Santa Fe and still felt like a true getaway into the mountains. The hot tub was a spectacular bonus and the place was beautifully maintained. We will be back.

Little slice of Heaven
My husband and I were able to get away together for a few days. This property was absolutely beautiful, so romantic. We loved how it was a short drive to everything but still felt private. Beautiful views. Each night after dinner we’d soak in the hot tub and enjoy the sunsets. Great communication from the owners. We can’t wait to come back in the future.

Close to town and hiking!
This property was immaculate! We loved that it was 5 minutes from the plaza and 5 minutes from hiking! The kitchen had all the basics to cook a meal. There is no official dining area, so we either ate at the couch or outside on the front porch enjoying the amazing view. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. I would easily stay here again.

Pleasant place but not comfortable for people over 5'6". Six foot or more people will find it hard to manuever. Two petsons max.No place to dine except sofa and coffee table. Hot tub a plus. Responsive property manager.

Great space with nice views. This place is small but we’ll appointed and full of modem amenities. The bed and pillows were so comfortable- a king size bed was a plus. The owners were gracious and helped us when our car got stuck. There was coffee, wine, snack’s waiting for us. Greatly appreciated!! Close to town, quiet and convenient.

Stunning sunsets & amazing views!!!
Now when a property lists “well appointed”, I can truly say we’ve experienced it!! Everything was perfect. The super comfortable bedroom, plenty of closet unpacking space, modern bath with ample room to get ready, full kitchen we didn’t really even use with all the fun eating options in town (but nice to have for coffee & cool beverages), private hot tubbing, and cute front porch for a relaxing drink. We absolutely loved it. 5 stars!!!

You won’t be disappointed if you stay here – it was wonderful!!
Stayed June 12-17 Santa Fe Oasis Getaway This little casita has amazing views, great location, very clean and modern with all the necessities. It is well maintained with the right amount of peace and quiet and privacy. The private hot tub was delightful as an added bonus. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because there was no air conditioning. Our visit was in mid-June and the day temps were just too high for comfort with no air. I’m sure the owner will rectify this situation for future summer guests. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here – it was wonderful!!

Impeccably clean, modern and comfortable casita. Great layout for a couple and fantastic views across the valley. Hot tub is a wonderful perk. Location was fantastic. Super convenient to town but removed enough to enjoy the peace and quiet in the foothills.

Amazing views
Small but lovely little getaway. Brand new high-end kitchen appliances and lovely bathroom with washer/dryer. Incredibly comfortable bed! Not much common space, so meals must be at the coffee table, but well worth the trade off for the VIEW, especially from the hot tub. This is a on a private dirt road which is tricky topic with a rental car, but the upside is it is so quiet and peaceful. Not walking distance to anywhere, but a quick drive to shops and 10 minutes to town. A lovely get away!

Absolutely beautiful!
My sister and I drove from Oklahoma in need of a little R&R. This was our second time visiting Santa Fe, and we wanted to stay in a cozy home up in the hills where we could enjoy beautiful sunrises sunsets while cooking and sipping wine. Boy, did this guest home deliver. We were warmly welcome from the start with a handwritten note and some snacks. We instantly felt right at home. It’s peaceful, quiet, private, and we felt safe. The views were amazing, and we got the chance to see some deer roaming around in the morning! The jacuzzi was the cherry on top as it sits nestled within a secluded and private side of the guest home and overlooks the hills. It was clean and well maintained. The house was spacious for us two, and the kitchen was the perfect size to whip up some meals. It was clean, and it had all the amenities and cookware we needed. The decor and architecture were beautiful. The guest home is a total vibe. The drive to the guest's home had terrific views as well. Book this place! I hope to go back soon!
