I wish I could give a good review but for us the hotel was not the best experience.
- I get amazed over and over again if the hotel staff doesn't know even the basic words in English (breakfast, check-in, passport). You don't have to speak English, just a few words would help a lot.
- Because of language problems in the first night they didn't check our passports then and not even in the next the morning, but on a second night when we arrived after a really long day and went straight to the bed they kept ringing and knocking the door all the time. You just don't want to get disturbed with things like that when you're almost sleeping.
- They didn't change our towels for a second night and usually it would have been totally okay but in this case our towels were still fully wet in the next evening even though they had been hanging all day.
- For us the breakfast was not a breakfast, a cup of coffee and one croissant. No fruits, no eggs, no milk products etc.
- Having our own balcony was nice and it was really easy and cheap (4e) connection to Rome by train. Having a private parking area inside the gates was also a big plus to us.
We got disappointed mainly because this place is more expensive than many other hotels we were on our trip. The place itself is beautiful and it has a lot of potential to be a really great place but sadly it's not that yet.
