Designed as the ultimate vacation paradise, this 5,100 sq ft designer vacation rental in Dune Allen Beach with an expansive floor plan seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living with multiple spaces to gather with friends and loved ones. The resort-style pool deck features a private heated pool and spa, swim-up bar, sun deck, TV, and ping pong table.

The Dune Allen community is a unique combination of access and privacy you don’t find in other 30A neighborhoods. Dune Allen Beach Access is 500 feet from your front door, and you’ll find all your favorite boutiques, galleries, restaurants, music venues and nightlife options are easy to reach from this bicycle-friendly neighborhood.

Great for a large group
Our group was four couples and this was perfect for us. We all enjoyed our rooms so much, and the layout is really accommodating for a large group. The kitchen/dinning/living was great for cooking and hosting dinners. This house also includes all the extras to enjoy your stay. We’ll be rebooking 10/10

Architectural Gem!
This layout of this house is amazing. Our extended family of 12 had plenty of room to spread out. The great room was massive. There are many outdoor hang out areas with extremely comfortable chairs to sit in. The pool was great and gets a lot of sun. The watchtower was a great spot to watch the sunset and we appreciated the roof and ceiling fan in the July heat. After years of admiring this home I was thrilled to finally stay in it.

Beautiful week spent at a beautiful place making memories with our children and grandchildren! The only thing I noticed, there were no trash bags, paper towels or kitchen towels extra than the ones already in place in the bins or towel holder. Usually the home will leave at least one change out. There were extra dishwasher tabs in a drawer. Ice maker in the kitchen fridge did not work. We carried ice upstairs from the garage ice maker, which was super nice to have at the home. Our golf cart quit on day 1 of our trip but the company was able to bring us a new cart promptly. Overall we enjoyed our visit!! The home is perfect for a larger family and friends to gather! Summer rate is a little higher than most not being beach front but will definitely look at staying here again!! Property Management team was awesome to work with too!!😎 Thank you from Texas!!

Great Family Get-away
The house worked great for our family. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. For this big of a house, the AC worked great. The pool was wonderful and they take great care of it. It was just a few mins walk to the beach. The golf cart was very handy and seats six.

Beautiful home, amazing pool
The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s stunning. The pool and hot tub were a highlight along with the design and decor of the house. We loved having a laundry room on each floor for pool and beach laundry. The kitchen was phenomenal. We hired a chef during our stay, and he and his team raved about the caliber of the kitchen, too. Every room is well decorated. The golf cart and bikes were perfect for getting around. The property owners were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we were let down by the ongoing house maintenance. Shortly after we arrived, we received a text that someone would need access to the property the next day to repair somethings and given a window when maintenance would be done. We ask that the maintenance be pushed back because we were hosting a dinner with a private chef during the time proposed. They were very willing to accommodate the request provided they could come another day during our stay. When they did come, the person doing the service was not the person we were told would be there, which raised some eyebrows because we had young children with us. The convection steam oven was in need of repair, so we were ultimately glad that someone came. But on vacation you hope to step away from the hassle of maintenance windows and repairs. A day or so later, we were in the pool and the jets cut off. When we were asking each other who turned it off, a voice on the other side of the fence said that they had. Someone had stopped by unannounced to update the pool software. This person needed access to an outside panel in the pool area. He was polite but unexpected. Another day, someone came by to tell us they would be on the property to photograph the exterior. And despite the work being done during our stay, there were still some gaps in upkeep. One day, while a couple of kiddos were playing in the pool they brought us a rusted fishing line that they had found in the hot tub. Another day, the pool umbrella fell over—the metal pole had collapsed from corrosion and we had to get everyone (kids) out of the pool to clear any broken metal for safety. These are small things. We still daydream about the pool and sitting on the porches. We would 100% stay at this house again and recommend to friends. But the management and maintenance being done throughout our stay was frustrating. We were on vacation to relax and the interruptions from property management and maintenance were not how we wanted to spend our time.

Fantastic house for families!
We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids, and the house was perfect for our group. The bunk bed rooms downstairs were exceptionally nice and the kids loved the set up. Not to mention getting the heated pool was a game changer so there wasn’t the pressure of getting to the beach first thing every day. Utilized outdoor kitchen/grill for dinner and relaxation while kids swam. Not more than 3-4 min walk to beach access so perfect location. Customer service was fantastic and extremely responsive. 100% plan on booking this property again!

This was a beautiful property, very well kept with amazing space and decor. All bedrooms and bunk rooms were spacious and comfortable. A nice living room and TV room. Pool/Spa area was also very nice, pool was cleaned regularly. I highly recommend this property; however, just know that you have to go upstairs to the main floor from the pool area, bunk rooms and garage.
