Vain 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja 7 minuutin pyöräretkelle Seaside! Hyvin haluttu sijainti ja rannan viehätys luonnehtivat tätä BRAND NEW Seagrove -vuoroa, joka on rakennettu perheesi kesämuistojen ja miellyttävän mielen mukaan.  



Nauti kaikki kauneus 30A on tarjota tämän viehättävän keskeisellä paikalla Seagrove koti- rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta, kaunis, laaja ranta pääsy suoraan kadulla, ja hauska hälinästä Seaside vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretkelle pois. Kun olet täällä, sinun ei tarvitse lähteä! Kaikki mukavuudet ovat ulottuvilla - 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta pääsee suoraan kadulle, 7 minuutin pyöräretkelle Seaside-kadulle ja 1. 8 kilometriä ruokakauppaan viime hetken välipalaa varten.  Hauskat ravintolat lähellä ovat Whisky Bravo ja Cowgirl Kitchen.



Tämä on kuva-täydellinen pakopaikka pesä, täysin varustetuista ja kauniisti kalustettu, valmis nukkumaan 10-14. Rakensimme tämän kodin yksityiskohtiin: nykyaikaiset kylpyhuoneet, graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, high-end-patjat ja valtavat ikkunat.

Grand Makuuhuone on piilossa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa parisänky ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi ja erillinen amme uppoutua. Kävele suoraan ulos keittiö ja tärkein oleskelutila terassille ja yksityinen, aidattu-allasalueella. On runsaasti istua ulkona, ja grilli teidän kesän illallinen osapuolille. Nauti suuri uima-allas, lisävarusteena lämmitys, teki niille laiska kesällä iltapäivisin. Jopa allas oli suunniteltu sinua ajatellen! Suuri 6-jalkainen sisäänkäynti uima-altaaseen sopii erinomaisesti pienille tai aurinkoa.



Yläkerrassa:

Kävele yläkertaan erilliseen loft-pelihuoneeseen, jossa on suuri taulutelevisio, Wii-peli- ja konsolijärjestelmä ja ylimääräinen kahden hengen sohva.  Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on toinen yksityinen pakopaikka, jossa suuri parisänky ja kylpyhuone suihkukaappi. Bunkroom on kaksi täyttä vuodetta, kaksi erillistä vuodetta päälle. Lapset saavat katsella piirrettyjä niiden oma TV heidän kodikas kerrossänky! Kerrossänky huoneessa on tilava kylpyhuone, jossa on queen-makuuhuone, jossa on yksi queen-vuode ja oma taulutelevisio.

 

Perheiden autoja ja risteilijäpyöriä, jotka ovat käytettävissäsi, on runsaasti omalla pysäköintialueella.

Tutustu Seagroven viehättävyyteen, joka on paikallisten ja vieraiden rakastama ranta-alue. Rehevät tammipuut, magnoliat ja männyt ovat levittäneet syvän juurensa Seagrovessa - ja niillä on pitkäaikaisia kävijöitä, jotka palaavat takaisin.

Paradise.
My husband, 1 year old daughter and I had the best weekend in Seagrove staying at this rental. It was extremely clean, updated and had all the essentials plus some nice touches. The heated pool was an amazing addition and the neighborhood was very peaceful and private. Beach access is super close as well as access to Publix and nearby cities/restaurants. However, we didn’t even touch Seaside or any community areas because of how fabulous this house was!

This was perfect for my family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. The house was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and very well kept as well. If you want to relax and enjoy comfort this is the place to be.

The property was great for accommodating our multi-generational family. The downstairs master and pool were accessible to my elderly parents. The bunk room and day bed accommodated our 6 teenage children. The location is very convenient to 30-A and the beach and the Water Color Publix via the Nature Walk trail.

Great House
This house is beautiful and spacious. Our group of 11 were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful to come home to after a day sightseeing or after a beach day. Location is excellent. Just about a 3-4 block walk to the beach and about 1.5 miles from Seaside Center. Management company was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had an issue with the 1st floor thermostat and they were there to fix it shortly after I notified them. We will definitely rent again next year!!!!

Wonderful stay at Seagrove
We had such an awesome spring break! This house was close to everything you need. We rode bikes to Seaside and the beach (right down the street). We had the pool heated for our stay and that was a hit for the kids. The storage room has a ton of beach toys so no need to bring your own. We would definitely stay again! Thank you from Texas!

Beautiful house, quiet location
We had a great vacation at this house! It fit our two families perfectly (4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 13 years-8 months). Everything was clean and we had starter packs of soaps, TP, bath and shower products, etc. We received the text that we could check in about an hour before 5pm, so that was nice to go on and get settled. The kids loved the pool and there were tons of pool toys to play with. We used the grill one night. The bikes and beach toys were enjoyed. Lots of restaurants nearby and places to get ice cream (which we did almost every night...our favorite was It's Heavenly in Seaside!). The only negative thing I would say is that the beach was farther than I anticipated. Thankfully we were able to rent a golf cart last minute and we used it to go to and from the beach, and also to drive to Seaside and other nearby restaurants and shops throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend getting a golf cart if you stay here, especially with little ones and lots of stuff to take to the beach. We had a great trip and the house was perfect for us!

This place was incredible. Quite simple yet super peaceful I will stay there from here on out. I have a son with Autism he slept incredible there which is extremely unusual for him with a new place. The beach was about 10 min walk so we rented a golf cart and that made things so much easier because we like to bring a ton of things to the beach. If you can rent directly through 30Avacay that's what I would do and that's what I will do from here on out. They're responsive and it's always good to cut the middle man....

The accommodations were spacious & essentials generously provided. Close proximity to beach with chairs & bikes included. Private pool with floats & noodles for water fun. Had cooling issues with A/C but 30A - Vacay supplied rotating fans & compensated us for the problem. Communication was excellent & great service!

Perfect family getaway for social distancing👍🏼
Private pool, that you can have heated. 2 master suites, for multiple families. A block from the beach, on a quiet street. Hosts provide 4 bikes(plus toddler bike), beach chairs and a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Beaches were much less crowded than Destin. Note- 1 bedroom is downstairs for folks with mobility issues., other bedrooms are on second floor.

Perfect Beach Home
It was out first time staying in this beautiful home. It was big enough for 2 families to stay and still have room to move around. Day 1 we did have an issue with the backdoor lock , the porch lights, pool lights and upstairs master bedroom cover stained in what we believe it was blood. I sent an email that night and the next day they sent out a person and fixed the lock and porch lights except for the pool lights. On the stain we did not report it just because they had extra covers there and we changed the covers and the cover that was stain we washed it. It was not a big stain but it was on the feet part and still very red. Other than that, no complains at all. We even extended our stay by a day :) We will be back next year for sure! This was the perfect Family Vacation and thanks to the home it made it feel like we were at home!

The house was noticeably well-cleaned and had a fresh scent when we arrived. Comfortable beds, nice quality towels and pots! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed. Only wish there would have been more dish towels. There were 11 of us and we were comfortable. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

30A yearly summer vacay
We decided to try out this super nice place this time simply bc of location to beach and own private pool! Super clean, plenty of cookware, and just all together great!!! Our kiddos just LOVED having the pool there!! Only complaint....the pool lights don’t work at night, but pool guy told us they’ve always been like that! Only downfall and that’s huge! Oh yeah....it’s an up and coming neighborhood with houses being built where older homes were, but lots of trailers right across the street. No biggie, but to some it might be! 🤷🏻‍♀️We really enjoyed our stay!! We will def be back!!

5 Sisters and a Hammock by the Sea
For the past three years, we five sisters from Indiana, have spent a week together in Florida. Last year we had a very disappointing experience. As we pulled in the drive at Hammock by the Sea, we were very pleased but because of our experience last year, were cautiously optimistic about what we'd experience on the inside. Let me tell you, there were ooh's and aah's and sighs of great relief as we went from room to room in this gorgeous, clean!!!, well stocked!!, home. The beds were very comfortable. All the bathrooms were very nice but the downstairs master was absolutely spa-like! The pool was perfect and there was plenty of seating. It looked exactly like the picture you see on the website.. The quiet neighborhood was very close (we're retired, so we drove) to a public beach with parking and restrooms. The only thing I can think of that might need to be addressed is the keypad on the front door. Most of the time, we had to enter the code more than once to get the door open. Could have been us (did I mention we're retired?). Thank You for a wonderful memorable week! We all agree-We would definitely enjoy returning to this lovely home. PS. We all went home with plans to use the color palette in our own homes:)

Perfect place for a big group
Loved this house, open concept living room and kitchen was perfect for 12 people to comfortably mingle. Shed was stocked with tons of beach equipment and 4 bikes. Only thing missing was extra blankets (we needed a blanket for the trundle under the daybed) and food storage containers.

A Few Things to Remember
Overall, we all had a great time & the house is wonderful. We stayed here 3 years ago & it was brand new and everything was absolutely perfect. So we thought we'd stay here again. It was still wonderful; but sadly there has been a bit of wear & tear. The master bedroom king mattress has definitely seen better days. The pool was also having some issues. It was very green the day we arrived & slightly green a few days later. They sent someone out the first day & a few days later; but we were unsure if it was safe to get in. Also, they don't put the sheets on the top bunks, so just be prepared. Really not a big deal if you know your gonna do it; but a bit frustrating if your ready to crawl in bed & realize you've got to put sheets on the beds yourself. One last thing, -you'll need to bring toilet paper (you get one roll to get started), shampoo, conditioner, lotion , bath soap , hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid soap, kitchen trash bags and some extra dish towels (they provide 2). The kitchen is well stocked and the house is great.
