Shine On is a condo located in the community of Cassine Village Located just 200 steps from the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are multiple options for recreation as Cassine Village has two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and several different hiking trails. Mi Casita (Mexican Cuisine) and Brozinni's Pizzeria are only steps away.

Enjoy your well-needed vacation in this recently renovated 1 bedroom (king bed) 1.5 bath (with a bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa) third floor modern gem. This unique condo has a clean, warm, and modernly decorated touch from the owners. With new plank floors throughout, a well-stocked kitchen, and a large open living area that looks out onto the spacious balcony, makes Shine On a perfect vacation dwelling for small families.

Great location
Centrally located in Seagrove Beach with quick access to many good restaurants. The beach is a literal two minute walk with very few stairs to traverse at the beach The property itself is clean and well maintained with updated appliances and furnishings. If I had to pick one con, it would be just a slight lack of closet/storage space, but you don't need much when you're at the beach My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Shine On!

Amazing Stay!!
We just had the best stay at Shine On!! The location is great and the condo is adorable! !! Right across the street from the beach and we loved having snow cones, pizza, ice cream and more within walking distance! There is also a yoga studio and great juice bar about .5 miles away!! Our teens loved jumping on the bikes and taking off to Seaside!! The beach is busy but if you get there early it's fine! This was our first stay on 30A and we will be back! We went to Seaside almost every night and just Uber'd so we didn't have to deal with parking! Loved having an elevator on property and the pool was good size. If you can't be on the beach, this is about as close as you can get!!

Great location!
This unit’s location to the beach was excellent. It was literally across the street and a two minute walk. Room was updated and beautiful. Nice outdoor covered balcony that was furnished. Loved having the two bikes along with beach chair and umbrella. Place to rent these items in the same parking lot. Loved the pizza place next door. Great selection of food and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back.

We have stayed in this development before, price point and location to Seaside being the biggest draw Enjoyed being able to ride bikes in Cassine Village neighborhood instead of next to busy highway. The public beach access just across the street is very crowed in peak season. Condo could use come updates, especially the rugs. There is bar seating, no kitchen table, and one couch. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were available.

Great location, great space.
Enjoyed everything about this property. Location, space, amenities, ease of check in. The only thing is we couldn’t locate the bikes. We never called so I guess it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was awesome.

Perfect stay
If you are a family of four, this is your place! The location cannot be beat as the beach is right across the road from the unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. There are two pools, tennis courts, two bikes and a nature trail that come with this rental. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Location is perfect!
We loved our stay at Cassine Village! The Seagrove public beach entrance is literally right across the street. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. I highly recommend ordering pizza from Brozinni's Pizzeria, which is walking distance from the condo. It was REALLY good pizza! Just know that wifi information found online or in the app is wrong. It's correct on the laminated sheet inside the condo. We can't wait to visit again next year!

Short walk to beach
This is a third floor unit with an elevator to access. I did not hear neighbors on any side of the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortably furnished. It has better outside porch furniture than many of the other units. Appliances in the kitchen were all modern and working properly. All the basic utensils for simple meal prep were available. You do need to bring your own spices and such. It’s just across the street from the beach and the bikes and pools were much enjoyed. The master bed is quite firm. Not my favorite but that’s a personal preference. Would recommend.
