Valitse lepäävä möhkälevä lasi paikallista zinfandelia, rentouttava uima-altaan vieressä Kalifornian auringon alla tai valmistamalla charcuterie-lauta modernissa ja valoisassa keittiössä. Cozy wine country home
The home was the perfect getaway- warm, inviting and incredibly cozy. Using the fireplace was the highlight of our evening’s and the location was ideal for exploring. The host were attentive and wonderful. Highly recommended for a peaceful holiday retreat.

Let’s start with the good. The location worked well for our trip — it was fairly easy to take day trips from this home base. The number of beds is great for a larger group (we had 5 girls, so everyone got their own bed), though I wouldn’t describe them as particularly comfortable (unless you prefer a firm bed). The pool looked relatively nice but due to the rainy weather we were unable to enjoy the space. The not so great… when we first arrived the house was 45 degrees. We managed to track down a couple blankets to wrap up in but it really didn’t warm up fully until the next day. I understand the weather was abnormally cold, but I feel the host could have prepared by turning on the heat prior to our arrival. Overall, the house was not very clean. It had ants (like, a lot — one morning I woke up to one crawling up my arm), noticeable mold in the bathroom, and everything seemed to have a layer of dust/grime on it. In the kitchen, the oven is held together with duct tape. The walls have schmears of random dirt and grime everywhere. Blankets had stains. It appeared the house had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the home was not as we expected, especially given the price. While it has certain amenities that were beneficial for a girls trip (# of beds, dining room seating, garage for car rental), overall I would not choose to stay here again.

Dining room chairs and sofa so very uncomfortable, we couldn't invite family over. On New Year's Eve, neighbors shooting fireworks sounded like at our front door. The bedrooms had no drawers to put clothes in. Master bedroom sink for bathroom is out in the room. Refrigerator standing out in the kitchen. In general, house was disappointing.

Perfect property and World Class Host!!
The property was extremally comfortable and AvantStay is a world class host. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. AvantStay had exceptional communication, easy check in and offers some very cool and useful additional concierge options. This is a great spot if you are going to be spending any amount of time in the Sonoma area. We handled both business and fun (Played a round of golf at Valley of the Moon Golf Club) during our stay. I highly recommend both the property and AvantStay!! Thank you!!

Perfect property for girls trip!
Excellent location to visit wineries and enjoy some hiking on a girls trip! Communication with the property manager was very easy! The property was very clean and the beds were heavenly! We had plenty of room for 7 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home
We had a great time at this property, it was very clean and they also left us a few treats - a lovely touch. A few windows were left unlocked and open when we arrived, which did frighten me a little as we were three women staying on our own. The couch also had a broken leg and we could not sit on it without it tipping forward, which was a little annoying, so we had to sit on the floor. But otherwise, a great stay!

Stayed at this location for two days with my family. The location is excellent the space in the rooms are great family enjoyed our stay. the pool was very useful overall very satisfied with the house the operation the customer service everything was excellent

Pool was the highlight
Great to have private pool with kids. House itself could use a few updates (carpet lifting in spots - easy to trip, portable AC makes closing blinds difficult, weekly gardening is very disruptive, dated bathrooms with very slow to heat water, etc). The facade of the house is not what was expected based on the interior photos. Regardless of the notes above - we had a great time. It’s the company kept not the features of the location that matter most!

Friendly feedback
The house was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space to hang out and the garage was perfect to stash our bikes. Couple of things...some additional kitchens items would have been nice (ziplock bags, cellophane, cooking oil). The toilet in the hallway bathroom has an automatic flushing feature, actually it needs the inner tank parts replaced. The lights in the dining room should be raised up a few inches, I’m not tall but I knocked my head on them. Also, same lights, check the bulbs, they are not dimmable. Not a concern for us but the bedroom off the living room lacks privacy, just needs some curtains on the French doors. These are not complaints, just feedback to help you make the house better!
