Rauhallinen acres, rentouttava viinimaa Retreat

Rauhallinen eekkeri, tulossa pitkäaikainen vuokra palo-uhreille ja uusi loma-asunnona tämä kaunis uudempi koti 4 rauhallisella hehtaarilla keskellä Sonoma Countyta ja Santa Rosan viinimaata. Koti sijaitsee hiljaisen yksityisen kaistan lopussa, jossa on paljon yksityisyyttä Luoteis-Santa Rosassa, josta on helppo pääsy Healdsburgiin, Sebastopoliin, Venäjän joen alueelle ja tietysti koko Santa Rosaan. Se on alle kilometrin päässä Santa Rosa Country Clubista. Kymmenet maailmanluokan viinitilat ja ravintolat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä. Hyvin varustetussa talossa on uudet kalusteet ja laitteet ja se on täysin varusteltu täydelliseen viinimaa lomalle. Suuret huoneet, joissa on korkeat katot, tarjoavat tilavan paikan ystävien kokoontumiseen, mukaan lukien valtava pelihuone Ping Pongilla, ilmakiekolla ja fooseballilla. Family Gathering
This is our 2nd stay at Tranquil Acres. We love the country atmosphere so close to town. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals and BBQs on the deck. The game room is a hit and there is lovely acreage to enjoy. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Tranquil acres is truly deserving of its name; we really enjoyed the house and picturesque backyard and backdrop. Very relaxing indeed. Our kids very much enjoyed the small property walking trails although more so feeding the horses. Very pleasant and peaceful to have the quiet and serene farm setting. Our family loved staying at Tranquil Acres. We were in town for a family gathering. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Our grandchildren loved playing in the large, mowed pasture in, feeding the horses next door, and the game room was a big hit.

Tranquil Acres was perfect in every way
We are a party of four women who have been enjoying annual girls trips for decades. This was our 20th trip together and the setting and quality of the house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and tidy. The bedrooms spacious and the beds comfy. The kitchen was so well appointed with everything we could need. The most special part of our experience was the two horses who live on the back pasture. We loved feeding them the carrots and we want to say thank you for giving us that opportunity. Wonderful property and owners!

Absolutely perfect!
From the time we checked in, until our departure, everything about our stay was perfect. The host was attentive and the house was fully stocked and lovely. We enjoyed feeding the horses and goats during our visit. The property was tucked a little out of town, but close enough for a quick drive for a meal or shopping. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent rental when visiting for a wedding!
We were close to everything! But not too close so we got to have our space. Visiting for a wedding can be chaotic with all the family and friends. I loved how this place had so much room and was very clean. Lots of hangout seating and we all LOVED the game room !!! We will definitely rent this place again when coming back to Sonoma County.

A great home away from home
We loved this home for a small family get together! It’s so hard to please four adults as well as a 7, 4, and 2 year old but this house made it easy! From the comfy couches, to amazing game room with foosball air hockey and ping pong, to the great hot tub, to friendly horses and goats - what’s not to love?! Fantastic family wine retreat, 10/10 would recommend
