Great hotel for a quick stay
Nice hotel near GRU airport, comfortable beds, clean and great free shuttle bus to the Airport. Amazing buffet for dinner, tasty Brazilian food, not too pricey. Only con was the unfriendly receptionist that checked us in, very dismissive and a bit abrasive. I did address the situation there and then, so the behaviour improved, however, this in not what I would have expected at a South American hotel and definitely not at a hotel holding the Hilton name.

We spoke to the staff and informed them that our flight would be arriving at 3AM so we needed early check in. He informed me that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, the staff told me that early check-in starts at 8 AM. Had I been informed of this prior, I would’ve booked an extra day and done a late check-in instead. We ended up having to sleep on the sofa in the hotel lobby at 4AM while we waited until 8AM for early check-in. The front desk staff are incompetent. They shouldn’t have even charged me for early check-in after they put us through the mess.

Horrible room. Dirty, human hair everywhere, horrendous smell throughout, shower was clogged, no lid on trash can in bathroom, etc…. Staff was extremely unfriendly at check in, & not very helpful. However, restaurant staff was very friendly & courteous, which helped offset the overall experience. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice shuttle bus to and from the airport. This is my second stay. Great food in their cafeteria! Their buffet is wonderful, all you can eat. Room and bed were great. Thank you Hampton by Hilton! I shall return.

Great stop over hotel.
Great breakfast. Very good evening buffet. 15-20 minute shuttle ride from airport. Room was quiet and comfortable with good hot water and good pillows. For a hotel stop over it is great.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size. AC was a pain to control, towels are terrible, but toiletries are good. Breakfast was pretty good, although some pastries were a little stale. It's a good place to stay coming from or going to the airport, but the area around it is not nice. Shuttle to the airport was punctual and the driver was excellent.
