Bad check in and information

At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

O Hotel e antigo porem para uma estadia curta vale a pena. So a cama que para 2 adultos e 1 criança é pequena. Teria que ser uma cama queen. Cafe da manha bom, so a limpeza que deixou a desejar no ultimo dia, que nao foi realizada. Porem solicitamoa toalhas extras e o hotel nos forneceu... boa estadia

Adoramos o hotel, fomos bem atendidos. A localização tambem é um ponto alto de aprovação. A limpeza é impecável. Só tenho uma pequena observação quanto ao colchão da cama. No segundo dia, acordava com um certo incômodo na lombar oor causa da qualidade do mesmo
