Lux kalustettu, kahden hengen olohuone merinäköalalla, tuolit, mukavat nojatuolit, sohva ja takka, ilmainen WiFi, ilmainen pysäköinti ovella, tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa mukavat vuoteet, yksi king-size laatikko keväällä, merinäköala, oma kylpyhuone ja parveke ja yksi yhden hengen joustinpatjoilla , erillinen kylpyhuone ja wc ja merinäköala, tilava ylellisyyttä keittiö ja ruokailutila ja kodinkoneet, astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, extra suuri jääkaappi pakastuslaatikkoa, suuri kesäkeittiö BBQ ja ruokailutila, Sony Bravia laajakuva-TV, stereot äänijärjestelmä ylimääräisiä satelliitti Lux paketti, useita terasseja kaikki merinäköalalla ja ominaisuus puiset huonekalut, oma puutarha, palmuja ja kukkia, kolme kylpyhuonetta, sängyt ja liinavaatteet paketti.

Kaunis iso talo upealle São Vicente. Ainutlaatuinen oleskella rannikolla niin lähellä. Sulje mutta turvallisen välimatkan, me aina sanoa. Päivä ja yö nauttia monia nähtävyyksiä ja värit Ocean, vie sinut nopeasti oikeaan tunnelmaan rentoutua. Het; "Holiday tunne" sinun täytyy puuttua täällä pian. Tunne ja käsitys, missä vuosia muistella.

Näytät päässä olohuone, makuuhuone, puutarha, parveke tai terassi, suoraan merelle. Ocean, joka pitää sinut mukana pelin aaltojen ja näyttää päivittäin monia sävyjä sinisen sävyjä. Kalastus, surffaus, uinti, melonta, aurinkoa, kävely tai annat itsesi nukutetaan, jonka ääni meren.

Casa Azul, sijaitsee kauniilla puolella Madeiralla. Lukuun ottamatta karu rannikko, silmäsi pysyvät jatkuvasti kiireinen kaunis luonto. Vesiputouksia, vuoret, lavadas, luolia, metsiä, kukat (ympärivuotinen).
Todella unohtumattoman kaunis. Silti tuntuu aktiivinen hetki ...? Uida kirkas sininen meressä tai luonnon uima-allas, kalastus, melonta, maastopyöräily, patikointi lavada, delfiinit, tonnikala, safari ratsastaa, tai yksinkertaisesti ostoksilla pääkaupungissa Funchalissa (on vain 40 minuutin ajomatka). Mahdollisuuksia on runsaasti.

Myös kylässä, vieressä ystävällisiä ihmisiä, paljon seurusteluun. Koko vuoden voit nauttia ulkoilua täällä, koska kaikki pysyy auki. On olemassa useita ravintoloita itse kylässä ja pitkin rannikkoa. Haluatko kokata itse? Kylässä on useita leipomoita ja 2 supermarketit. Sekä elintarvikkeiden kuin supermarketeissa ... se on myös erittäin edullinen täällä. Kuppi espressoa maksat vähemmän kuin euro!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut hyvää palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Centro de Vulcanologia e Grutas de São Vicente. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Perfect little house by the Ocean
Really this house has a perfect location. It’s walking distance from many restaurants, some shops and a grocery store. All with a view of the ocean. Bedrooms are on the top floor with the kitchen and living room below. The master bedroom has an amazing view with a patio to sit outside and have coffee. We would happily stay here again if we come back to Madera.

Heel mooi huis aan de wondermooie noordzijde van Madeira
Zeer ruime vakantiewoning voor 4 personen. Het interieur lijkt misschien wat gedateerd, maar omdat het allemaal van eerste klasse materialen is stoort dat helemaal niet. De hond van de buurvrouw ( moeder van de eigenaar) blafte eerste nachts, maar na een berichtje met het agentschap was alles onmiddellijk opgelost. De bakkerij van Sao Vincente is een echte aanrader en voor wie van surfen houdt: de kerels van de vlakbij gelegen surfclub zijn top.

Groot huis aan zee. Huis is compleet en keurig verzorgd. Parkeren voor de deur. In de Buitenkeuken en op de terassen was het goed vertoeven.

Disappointing
The house looks great from outside - fresh and modern but the house inside although clean and decorated nicely sits in shade all day (January) no sunshine! The wood burning stove is a hazard - leaking fumes into the room - we begrudged being told we’d not lit it properly! The tv turns off every 10 mins (so frustrating) and the icing on the cake was being shut in because the driveway gate had come off its rollers. Ana and husband tried their best but the house needs some tlc and general maintenance - doors closing properly, windows, etc. bed linen and towels need replacing…

Schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Man muss halt in Kauf nehmen, das Häuser auf Madeira keine Heizung besitzen. Der vorhandene Ofen und das zur Verfügung gestellte Holz können dies ausgleichen, wenngleich der Ofen auch Gerüche von sich gibt, die von einer Dichtmasse zu stammen scheinen. Das Inventar ist gut aber unausgewogen, so vermisst man einige Dinge in der Küche, oder muss mit dort doch recht altem Besteck klar kommen. Die schöne robuste Ausstattung fanden wir sehr schön. Es scheint so als käme das Interieur aus den Niederlanden. Die Lage ist für alle Unternehmungen auf Madeira bestens geeignet und wer gerne Wellen reitet ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Absolute lovely, luxurious and tidy house in a beautiful surrounding
The house and the associated property are beautiful, very well maintained and fantastically equipped. The house managers were extremely friendly and always available to answer questions and always helpful. We would come back at any time and can recommend the house to everyone.

Beautiful home by the sea
Despite us arriving late, our agent Anna was very gracious and helpful. Home is spacious with every amenity and close to the charming town of São Vicente. Wonderful balcony view of the rolling Atlantic waves crashing ashore, great area for surfing. A short drive to Seixal and Porto Moniz. I would recommend this location to any traveller coming to Madeira. Very nice experience.

Great house with stunning sea view
We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Azul (even though its a red painted house:) very much. The house is huge, cosy, well equipped and the view on the ocean from the windows and balcony is just amazing. For me as a surfer it was perfect, as it is only 5min by foot to the next surf location. With a rental car it`s perfectly located in the middle of the north coast to explore the west and east of the north coast. The next swimming possibility in the village was not attractive to us, but didn`t bother us. The house was super clean and the communication with the local manager was perfect. We definitely recommend it! Muito obrigado!

Fine house overlooking the Atlantic
The house is great. It is spacious: two floors, with the living room and fully-equipped kitchen downstairs, and the two bedrooms upstairs), a large terrace and a balcony, and three (!) bathrooms. The location is not far from the busy strip of restaurants and shops at the São Vicente ocean front. Parking is easy in front of the main gate. We were guided to the place and shown around by Ana, the owners local representative. The one thing that could be improved is the privacy on the outside terrace. The house is close to the houses of local residents; a bit of a screen in the terrace fence would be enough, both for the guests and the neighbours. At times in the night there was a lot of dog barking, but usually the owners silenced their dogs after a while.

Wir haben den Urlaub in Gabriels Haus sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet und man vermisst eigentlich nichts. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und die Schlafzimmerbetten sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse und dem Balkon ist phantastisch. Wir haben das Frühstück dort sehr genossen. Der hauseigene gemauerte Holzgrill ist so richtig was für Männer. Von den großen Holzscheiten mit der Axt Anzündholz abspalten und dann so richtig in Lagerfeuermanier den großzügigen Grillrost mit der Holzglut vorbereiten fürs leckere Abendessen (Steak mit Grillgemüse). War echt alles super. Der Badestrand mit kleiner Bucht ist nur ca. 200m Fußweg entfernt. Und zum Einkaufen in Sao Vicente kann man zur Not auch zu Fuß gehen.

A lovely stay
We stayed for 10 nights. A lovely property overlooking the sea and about 10 minute walk into Sao Vicente. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely listening to the sea and watching the surfers 5 minutes walk away. Good communication with owner and with the lady who welcomed us. Sao Vicente is lovely with a small supermarket, bakeries and a good choice of places to eat. A couple of bars / restaurants within 2/3 minutes walk. Off road parking. A central location for exploring the north coast and the central highlands. Very much recommend the property and would have no hestitation in returning.

Sehr grosszügiges Ferienhaus
Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in dem Blue House sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung mit 3 Bädern, 2 Schlafzimmern, grosser Küche, Waschküche und BBQ Raum ist sensationell. Kleinigkeiten zum Verbessern: es gibt diverse kaputte Sachen (Halterungen für Duschkopf, Badtücher etc.). Am Garagentor fehlt ein Schild dass davor nicht geparkt werden soll. Schärfere Messer in der Küche und etwas mehr Besteck wären toll. Die Stationmanagerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a fantastic week in this house. It is very comfortable and fully equipped. It has an amazing view from most rooms. The location is fine; not in the middle of nowhere and shops are just a few minutes away by car. In our opinion a good place to discover Madeira.

Beschreibung zutreffend
Das Haus finde ich zutreffend beschrieben. Wir fanden es sehr schön und geräumig. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, weil es ungewöhnlich kalt war (Februar). In der Wohnung gibt es eine Kaminheizung, wir haben sie aber wegen starker Rauchentwicklung nicht benutzt. Ich würde empfehlen, die wärmeren Monate zu buchen. Ich hatte ein Zugangsproblem zum hausinternen Wlan, weil der handgeschriebene Zugangscode auf dem Kühlschrank mehrdeutige Zeichen enthielt. Nach mehreren falschen Eingaben bekam ich kein Wlan mehr angeboten, was ärgerlich war. Der Bäcker vor Ort bietet leckere Backwaren an. Im Supermarkt bekommt man alles Nötige. Man erreicht relativ schnell alle möglichen Orte auf Madeira. Die Straßen sind gut.

Fantastisch uitzicht, sfeervol huis
Een sfeervol huis. In het echt nog meer dan op de foto's. Goede bedden, voldoende comfortabele zitplekken, ook buiten. Alles is er en werkt goed. Sommige spullen zijn wat verouderd en daardoor aan vernieuwing toe, maar dat doet niets af aan de werking. Grote meerwaarde is de ligging direct aan de oceaan. Zo dichtbij en toch veilig hebben we nog niet eerder ervaren. Echt genieten op het terras (wel jammer dat er weinig zon op het terras komt) en vooral het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer is geweldig.
