Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen talo nukkuu 6-8 vierasta. Uusi remontoitu upouusi kesä 2017 valkoinen avoin konsepti keittiö, marmori laskurit, moderni neliö pesuallas iso saari, uusi turhamaisuus sekä kylpyhuoneissa kivi työtasot. Home on oma uima-allas ja luettelo extrat, joista ovat nopea Internet ja uusi HDTV. (8 päivän minimiloma)

Sarasotan uima-allas talossa on iso tyyli, värikkäissä mukavissa kalusteissa, rauhallisessa turvatarkastuksessa allasalueella yksityisyyttä ja yksityisen takapihan sinulle (ja pienelle koiralle). Naapurustossa on myös merkitty juoksu polku pitkin harjoittelua harrastaville.

Se on 4 makuuhuonetta ja voi nukkua 8 henkilöä mukavasti. Kolme täysikokoista vuodetta ja suurempi muunnettu autotalli on queen-size-vuode. Olohuoneessa on jopa 2 queen-size-vuodetta vuodesohvaa Keittiö on BBRAND NEW JA VILLA. Toimitamme myös kaapeli- ja Wi-Fi-palveluita. Seulonnut allasalueella on upouusi tämän kesän patio pöytä (paikkaa kuusi) purjelentokone loveseat, ja reclining lounge tuolit, täydellinen alue aamukahvia, illallinen juoda, ulkoilman aterian tai vain lounging altaan. HI-def taulutelevisio ja nopea Internet.

11000 m² omaisuutta on kokonaan aidattu ja rauhallisella, silti vielä 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä keskustasta Sarasota, kaunis St. Armand's Circle ja Lidon uimaranta. Kiinteistö sijaitsee myös 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä maailmankuulusta nro 1 rannasta, Siesta Keys.

Kävele Sarasota Bay Ringlingin korkeakouluun, Jungle Gardensin eläintarhaan. Wonderful location in Sarasota
This home is in a great location close to the Tamiami Trail. We were able to ride our bikes around the neighborhood and into downtown Sarasota. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great house close to everything
We had a great stay. The pool isn't heated so we couldn't enjoy it and the mattresses definitely need updating but all in all it was a great spot for us to spend winter break. Thanks for having us!

The check in process was absolutely so easy! The house was the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the pool, the kids didn't care to go to the beach. Great House!
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The private pool was excellent, and the house had everything. It was perfect for the week we stayed. There were 7 of us and we all fit very comfortably. The backyard was fenced in so plenty of privacy. We would very much like to visit again!

Great pool and location!
Very comfortable house for a few couples to stay. Never felt we were on top of one another. The location was great, walkable to a small park on the bay and to Starbucks. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. The location also provided easy access to downtown. Host was responsive.

Super Satisfied Snowbirds
My husband and I just spent our first winter month in Sarasota and it was fantastic largely due to staying in this home. The home is better than it appears online. It seems like it has been updated since I booked it over a year ago and has a fresh feel to it. It's well stocked, very clean and in a great location. It's just off the main road and while being convenient to restaurants, a grocery store and downtown, it is also quiet. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly, we walked our dog to the close bay twice daily. Finally the host could not have been more helpful. I had a minor issue on my first day and reached out to her. She was very responsive and solved my small problem, as well as making sure I knew I could contact her if I needed anything or had any questions. If you are looking for a great experience in a lovely home...book here. You won't be sorry!

Wonderful Vacation
We loved our time at the 4 Bed Pool House! It was very clean and had everything we needed! There were extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, museums, and shopping! The house was very nice - the bedrooms were large and spacious! The pool was perfect - clean and refreshing just steps out the door. Our fur babies had a great time and we never had to worry about them at all. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to see you next year!

A Dream Come True
Words cannot truly express the joy of staying at this property. The property and home are beautiful. The owner Elicia was so helpful the week leading up to our trip and even once we arrived. She recommended several places to eat and visit on our trip. She was so knowledgeable of the area and attractions. She made our satisfaction a priority and we could couldn’t ask for more. The pool was a big hit with our little one and the fenced in area was great for our doggies. We felt safe the whole time and we were a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores. For this being our first time every Florida it was a dream come true. We are so glad that we have found this beautiful home as we will be returning for sure. Thank you Elicia for everything.

My family and I enjoyed the location, the home, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will be back again! Great family vacation house!
This was overall a great stay! Very nice owner, made sure we checked in and settled in ok. House was very clean and has that warm welcome touch. Pool area is really clean, love that it is screened in. Private back yard was just the right size for my 2 pups. Close to Lido Key Beach, St Armands square- just a very short drive away. Has some hidden gems small restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely book and stay here again.

Graduation oasis
We just spent a week at this house for our son's graduation across the street at Ringling College of Art and Design. We had plenty of room, house was very well stocked and the lanai with the huge pool was such a delight, day and night. We were close to everything we wanted to do that week, easy to hop on 41 to go everywhere. Elicia, the owner, is the best! We communicated as needed and she was always looking to go above and beyond when you asked for something! Thanks for a memorable week. Hope to return to SRQ as often as we can.

This house worked well for us
I took my family for a Christmas week vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 teens. Here are my comments: - We all had sufficient space. - The pool was nice, not heated, but nice. - We could have used a leaf in the dining table and a couple of extra chairs, but it all worked out. - The kitchen is well equipped. - Plenty of towels for everyone. - A/C & heat worked well. Yes, we need both because of a cold snap. - Plenty of hot water for all of us. - There was plenty of seating for all of us in the living room. - Although the house could use some upgrading, we were very comfortable. - We did not use the TVs because we played games and read a lot, so I can't comment on them. There were 3 of them. - The house is just as pictured in the photos. - Parking for 3 cars. - The price was within my budget. - The location was handy, but you do need a car. - Added bonus: there is a combination lock on the door, so you don't need to hassle with who has the key. We all had freedom to come and go as we pleased. - Good WIFI, even with all of us using it. I hope to rent this house again for another family vacation. The owner, Elicia, was excellent with communication. NOTE: VRBO did not give me the address until 3 days before my arrival. By that time I had already started driving. Don't panic if you don't get a notification -- just email Elicia. She will help you out. NOTE to Elicia: Thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We tried out a few of them and left a lot for next time.

Perfect spot, perfect home!
A smaller home but absolutely perfect for a family of 5 perhaps 8. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were plentiful and I slept like a dream in the master bedroom with shower. Closet full of beach or pool supplies/toys if needed. The home is very close to Lido Beach which was absolutely beautiful. Don’t follow the GPS if it tells you to go Bradenton and back around it’s 5 minutes across a bridge. House was clean, plenty to watch on the TV, although we didn’t use the pool it was a nice sized pool and private. Will definitely return again as it truly is a perfect spot to explore the area. Thank you for your hospitality and letting us rent your lovely home.

Great House - Great Location - Loved it!
Property was great! Has everything you will need and stores are close by if you forgot something. House is very comfortable and pool is great. Location is central to all the beaches and tourist attractions. Communication with owner is excellent. Will be coming back next year to do all the things we didn't have time for this year.
