Private Pool Home near Siesta Key

This quiet two-bedroom, two-bathroom pool home is located in the established Gulf Gate Estates neighborhood and is just 3 miles from Gorgeous Siesta Key Beach. Completely renovated in 2018, the fully equipped kitchen makes this your home away from home! We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash. The split floor plan offers a bedroom on each side of the home, allowing privacy for each couple to rest comfortably in a king bed. Flat Screen TVs for you and your family's entertainment are located in each bedroom as well as in the Family Room and the "Lanai" Room.

The heated pool has a large paver deck giving your family plenty of space to enjoy sunny Florida while sipping your morning coffee on the patio or enjoying lunch poolside. Enjoy the convenience and proximity of Gulf Gate Village with the many restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and a Publix grocery store. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via PayPal.

We are centrally located to everything around Sarasota, including St. Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, Ed Smith Stadium, home to the Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves Spring Training (February and March), plus many wonderful restaurants and shops. Enjoy local recreation like paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, loads of fishing, boat rental, Myakka River State Park, tons of golfing options, and more. Just a short drive away is Venice’s Brohard Beach and Paw Park, where your four-legged furry friends can run and play on the beach

Pool was amazing! Location is great! Definitely need to replace couch and chair! They are totally wore out and have been reported by prior guests however owner has chosen not to replace. Pots, pans, dishes are stored dirty. Needed to wash most items before using. ALL sharp knives need replaced. Manager replaced broken TV, fixed broken washer, and replaced broken window blinds on timely basis. Could be a great rental but we will not return unless owner updates.

3rd Time, Still a Charm!
This was our family’s third stay at this home and it was just as lovely as the two prior stays! The home is kept clean, comfortable and cozy. So nice to have the dog run in the yard and the pool. Also we appreciated the beach supplies (chair, umbrella, beach towels, etc.) that were handy as I forgot my beach umbrella & towels at home. I’ve never stayed in the same place twice, but can’t wait to return for a fourth trip. It’s in a perfect location, quiet and nice neighborhood, close to everything to enjoy a great vacation! Thank you for maintaining such nice upkeep and care for this property. Our family had a wonderful vacation and this home truly was a major reason why!

This property is in a great location to see both Sarasota and Siesta Key! It felt very safe. I rent a lot of vacation rentals in cities I’m not familiar with, so you never know. It has a split floor plan for great privacy. The pool area was great and the side yard was perfect for my two dachshunds . Very nice bathrooms and linens. If there was one thing I didn’t expect was I could hear the pool equipment running outside the bedroom window. You can’t help that. And my earplugs took care of that. Overall a very nice place and I would stay here again

Great house near everything
The property looks exactly like the photos! Very clean with tons of kitchen flatware, pots and pans, coffee makers, etc. Tons of towels for the beach and pool, plenty of pool and beach toys too. VERY prompt response from the host when the dryer stopped working, they had replacement washer and dryer delivered and installed the next day! The house is easy to get to and close to everything.

Thanksgiving week
We decided to visit our son who lives in Sarasota for Thanksgiving. His home was a gathering place for a number of friends and relay, some from Forte Meyers. One couple, my brother and his wife stayed with us two nights. The whole experience was wonderful… the pool along with how well equipped the home was made the visit easy and pleasant. One day we used the beautiful kitchen counter to make a family favorite: Pierogi!

Great Family Vacation Home
This was a great house for me and my family. The house was very, very clean. Stocked with all the things you would need to cook and entertain. The pool was amazing with a beautiful backyard! Another absolutely perfect stay!!
This was our second stay & as exceptional the first visit last year was, this time was even better! They added some nice touches for extra shade in the pristine backyard for the strong FL sun. This home is in the perfect location for everything; the most beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, fishing, beautiful parks & nature trails, & so much more! Our family, including our dogs, had an amazing time and this lovely home was a huge reason why! I always travel with our dogs & have to say this is the best home that not only accommodates our family well (very clean, cozy, & graciously stocked with quality linens, towels, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and more) but it’s perfect for our pups with a nice, spacious dog run. I have never stayed at the same place twice but I am already looking forward to coming back for the third time here! Thank you for the lovely home that was the center of our wonderful family vacation!

A great house in a great location(5-7 minutes to the beach, close to good restaurants and stores). Tricia was a great. Communicating with her was very easy and allowed us to check in earlier. I cook alot and they had everything that was needed for a kitchen. We look forward to our next visit there.

Perfect Beach House!!
Great house!! Had everything we needed for our trip and lots of little extras, very clean. Pool and yard were great, very well kept. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach. Spacious kitchen, comfy sofa in living room, and the mattresses in both rooms are heavenly!! There’s a large air mattress that sets up quickly as well. Communication with host was impeccable!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Holiday Weekend
The house is very beautiful, and is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, parks, entertainment, shops, churches, supermarket and the beach. Very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The pool is fantastic. I have two small dogs, and the house has a fenced in area just for their used. In addition the house has a fenced in backyard which provides a lot of privacy. This is what attracted us the most to rent this property. We are reviewing the availability calendar to return another weekend. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend some quality time in the Sarasota area!

4 adults a child with cerebral palsy and a dog. We had an amazing time beautiful weather the home was perfect and the location was ideal for siesta key. The Management people were most helpful and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend them to everyone.
