When we checked in, we were told that there wasn't a room on the ground floor, but eventually we were given a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was good.

A fine place to stay. Clean and comfortable, A/C worked. Breakfast is good (make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, deep fried potatoes, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, breads...) Stayed for two nights and the second night, I kept smelling a moldy smell from the vents. I have a super sensitive nose and I wouldn't worry about it for a short stay.

Hotel was in very poor condition - obvious water damage on ceiling, door to room didn't shut week or unlock easily, mattress smelled of urine.
