I book here often and it’s usually easy to check in. This time unfortunately it was not. When I arrived there was a system outage and I couldn’t be given a key so every time I left the lady from the front desk had to walk me up to my room. Then around 11pm they called my room I was in bed and they had me come down in my pyjamas to give them my credit card for damage deposit and receive my room key. I understand they couldn’t help the outage but calling so late I found was unnecessary

Nice stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was a bit small but comfortable enough. Complimentary breakfast included cereal, bacon and eggs, sausage, muffins etc. I would stay here again.
