Gave them my license plate for my stay for parking and still got a ticket. They fixed it but still a hassle. Also asked for late check out and was told no. Inconvenient when you have an injured knee and not able to walk.

Was put on a floor that had a terrible smell as well as the room. curtains were in terrible condition, I went to reception and asked for different room and was asked sarcastically if I wanted the room next door, very insulting. They did give us a room on the next floor up, smell was not there, curtains same shape as last room. Plus side was cleanliness, quiet, and comfortable bed.
