Holiday Hillin asunnot sijaitsevat dongin huipulla käskevä näkymä Kalamazoo-joelle ja Saugatuckin kaupunkiin. Sundeck ja allasalue tarjoavat eturivin paikkaa vapaa-ajan kesäpäiville katsellen veneitä joella samalla kun saalis säteet auringosta. Hilltop tarjoaa retriitin kesän hälinästä mutta on vain muutaman askeleen päässä ketjun lautasta kaupunkiliikkeisiin, taidegallerioihin ja ravintoloihin ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Aamukahvi Sundeckissa kaupungin herättämiseksi on yhtä maaginen kuin ilta-cocktaileja ja keskustelua tähtien alla.

Holiday Hill on pieni perheomisteinen ja toimiva lomakohde. Tarjoamme asiakkailleen 24h-vastaanotto-palvelun kumppanisi naapurimaiden Beachway Resort kanssa. Kun kirjaudut sisään, pysäköi Beachway-erässä ja siirry heidän vastaanottopisteensä hakemaan avaimet. Sieltä on vain lyhyt kävelymatka mäkeä kohti yksityistä yksikköäsi ja uima-altaasi!
Tämä lomakeskus sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Kalamazoo River. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi concierge-palvelut.

Cute
This was the perfect unit for a girl's weekend with my daughters. Only drawback was the fold out couch which was either broken or just old and cheap. The couch was comfortable by itself (which is what I ended up sleeping on) but we couldn't use the fold out bed and since there were 3 of us the king size bed wasn't quite enough. The pool was beautiful, the grounds were lovely, and the staff at Beachway resort were super nice. Free coffee and doughnuts in the office were an especially nice touch. Parking was tight but lots of overflow. That hill though.............difficult to walk up and back a vehicle down! Overall this was a great place, unit was clean and super cute, had all the necessities plus everything was labeled which was a nice idea, no searching for the right light switch, etc. Super convenient to the chain ferry and downtown. Hope to go back soon!

What a great place!
We couldn't have asked for a better 3 nights in Saugatuck. Nick and his team at Holiday Hill did a beautiful job with this property. It was charming, clean, and well provisioned with everything we needed. The pool was a 6 out of 5 stars and the location was perfect! We will be back!

Great quick trip!

Quiet & Secluded with a View
We loved the location, the accommodations and the pool. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck, Douglas and Oval Beach was excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly. The climb wasn't ideal but we could not have asked for better view of the river and downtown Saugatuck from the pool. It was breathtaking and the perfect place for a nightcap before turning in each night. We cannot wait to book our next stay.

Cozy, comfortable, hospitable, great location
My wife and I stayed over a long weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary. This place was perfect. It was clean, awesome pool, nearly brand new grill, and a stone’s throw from Oval Beach and downtown Saugatuck. All staff and guests we encountered were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we look to vacation in the area.

Wonderful Location
My family of four had a great time at Holiday Hill. Didn’t really expect such a fabulous location from pictures online. Its literally on the Kalamazoo river, across the river from very trendy eateries like the Barge, Mermaid. The rooftop pool was usually just used by my family. We had drinks on the rooftop patio watching the boats on the river, could often hear live music from across too. Very clean, friendly staff, easily exceeded expectations in every way!

Absolutely wonderful first time stay! We will be back. The property is lovely. 1 bed we rented was great for our family. The pool was beautiful and fun! My kids didn't want to leave. Perfect location to get to Oval Beach or take the chain ferry across to downtown! We loved it. Can't wait to come back.

End of school

This property is beautiful. The outlook to the river is breathtaking. Right across the street from the chain ferry for easy access to downtown and right down the street from Oval Beach. Inside of the unit was super clean. Great COVID procedures as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great for a getaway weekend
We have really enjoyed our weekend stay at Holiday Hill. Beautiful little community tucked into the wooded area just off Lake Michigan in Saugatuck. The condo is an easy trek to Oval Beach or short walk to the Mt. Baldhead Park steps. Due to Covid, we have not been able to enjoy pool swimming all summer. We took advantage of the heated outdoor pool and swam every day of our stay - even on a cooler September weekend. The staff that helps maintain the Holiday Hill community was helpful and friendly. There was a miscommunication regarding the number of people in our party, but they responded to our requests quickly and apologized if it had caused any inconvenience for us. (It really hadn’t.) The condo is on the small side - ideal for a couple, but likely a little small for four big people. The kitchen is best purposed for small uncomplicated meals or reheating food. However, we were able to make three full meals during our stay. The pull out couch is like all pull out couches, a bit uncomfortable. The second night, we pulled the mattress off the frame and just put it directly on the floor. This made for a way better sleep for our kids. The restroom is on the small side, but the shower is very nice - big, clean and very good water pressure. The bathroom was outfitted with the necessary toiletries, hand towels and wash clothes. The kids have already asked if we could come back for another visit to Holiday Hill. Between the lake, the beach and the pool - it had everything they wanted for a fun Michigan weekend.
