- Convenient Amenities: Central A/C, 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower/tub combo, the other with a shower), and a half bath ensure comfort for your entire group. Parking for 3 cars.

This serene riverside home is the perfect setting for relaxation, adventure, and everything in between. Whether you’re kayaking the river, hiking local trails, or enjoying the vibrant local culture, your dream getaway awaits—no matter the season.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:
1.) Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) There is parking for 3 cars in the drive. The garage is not available. Parking on the street is prohibited.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed.
6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) Life jackets are provided with Kayaks and must be worn at all times. Must be with an adult unless you are 18 years or older. Quaint Cottages nor the owner is or will be responsible for any accidents.










These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
