Aivan rannalla! Uusi 100 000 dollaria plus Custom Dock valmistui maaliskuussa 2017. Tämä hyvin varusteltu täysin remontoitu koti valmistui toukokuussa 2015, ammattimaisesti suunniteltu 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen koti tarjoaa uskomattoman merinäköalan melkein jokaisesta huoneesta. Uudessa yksityisessä 20 'x 30' -telakointitalossa (ei kelluvaa telakkaa), muhkeissa makuuhuoneen sviiteissä, gourmet-tilassa keittiö, neljä taulutelevisiota, Wifi ja parhaat auringonlaskunäkymät Tybee Islandilla. Vain yksi kolmesta yksityiskoteista varustetusta yksityiskodista Tybeen saarella, josta pääsee rannalle suoraan kodin edessä. Kaikki Tybee-ranta-alueet ovat julkisia, myös ranta kodini edessä. Nauti valitsemastasi kolmesta ulkotiloista, jotka ovat täydellisiä lasillisen viiniä nauttimiseen ja auringonlaskun katsomiseen. Rec-huone, jossa on 50 "taulu, propaani palo kuoppaan ja pingispöytä. Paras sijainti Tybeessä rentoutumiseen, auringonottoon, melontaan, kalastukseen ja meloa varten. Todellinen pakopaikka, joka on kirjaimellisesti askeleen päässä hiekkarannalta.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mainiota palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tybee Island Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Just Perfect All Around
There wasn’t anything NOT to like here. Our host was very communicative, home was spotlessly clean, location cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the dock (even in the cold) to watch the dolphin play. We loved taking the kayaks out. We loved the speaker system so we could listen to yacht rock no matter where we chose to relax. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and the beach. Just a great stay!!

Chose this place as a a prelude to family Thanksgiving get together. Wanted a beach with water view and this place delivered. Given the time of year, it was delightfully quiet. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

Absolutely Beautiful Spot
Our stay was wonderful - house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and well designed for families. The location is unbeatable. River views out the front, great for wildlife watching, fishing and coffee on the porch. With just a short beach walk you’re at the Atlantic for different waterfront vibes! The island is bikeable and we absolutely loved being a short drive to Savannah to enjoy all the city has to offer. We had an unbelievable time on our first visit to Tybee!

Gorgeous Views and Great Location!
Very charming beach house! The house and dock were well set up and well maintained. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cute shops. We did a kayak trip to Little Tybee with Sea Kayak Georgia, and it actually left from the beach right next to the house. It doesn’t get easier than that. Christopher sent us some really good restaurant recommendations, and we had fun trying them. Elizabeth’s in Savannah, and Sundae Cafe on Tybee were excellent. It was a fun, relaxing get away. We’d love to come back.

Perfect beach weekend
This is one of the best short term rental properties we’ve ever stayed in! Chris was great and the house was very clean and well decorated. It is literally under 10 steps from the porch to the beach. The sunsets off the dock were incredible and we loved morning kayaking as well. Highly highly recommend this place.

AMAZING
We had an absolutely FANTASTIC week at this house. What is not to love about it, honestly. We practically lived on on the dock. It was so fantastic to have a place to sit on the water, listen to the waves, out of the sand....can be in shade or sun....it was absolute perfection. You are definitely close enough to walk to the beaches on the ocean, to souvenir shop, or to some of the local restaurants. The beds were VERY comfortable. No backaches at all! We did not utilize the downstairs under the house very much because we stayed on the dock, but having an extra refrigerator down there and a bathroom was SOO nice! We also loved the Sonos music and used it everyday all over the house/dock! Christopher answered the only couple questions we had very promptly. We really loved their place and enjoyed every single minute at their house. We will be back.

Great property!
Everything about this home and it’s owner are five stars! My friends and I had a great time staying right on the beach. The pictures accurately represent the beauty of this property. Fabulous sunsets, perfect beach and dock sitting and having Sonos in zones was great. So convenient and the Publix delivers. Outdoor TV and game room was great too. Can’t say enough to recommend staying here!
