Toivotamme teidät ihastuttavaan 2BD 2BA -konsoihimme historiallisen Savannahin keskustan sydämessä. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Montereyn aukiolta, korttelin päässä Forsyth Parkista pohjoiseen ja alle kilometrin kävelymatkan päässä River Streetistä. Tämä huoneisto on helppo tutustua historialliseen Savannahiin, pysäköi vain auto, koska et tarvitse sitä täällä.

Äskettäin uusittu, 1900-luvun alkupuolella rakennettu huoneisto säilyttää edelleen klassisen viehätyksensä tarjoamalla kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet. Tämä 2. kerroksen kävelymatka on sisustettu joukolla antiikkia, mikä antaa sille mukavan kutsuvan valituksen.

Avoimen oleskelutilan sisällä on valoisa ja kutsuva olohuone, jossa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja taulutelevisio. Keittiöstä löydät graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomat laitteet sekä kaikki keittiöt, joita tarvitaan ikimuistoisten aterioiden luomiseen loman aikana. Suuri ruokasali-alue on varustettu pöydällä, joka on riittävän suuri koko perheen istuttamiseen.

Aulan alaosassa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Lepää pääsi muhkealla king-vuoteella kiireisen kaupungin nähtävyyksien jälkeen tai rentoudu ja seuraa TV: n suosikkiohjelmasi. Vierekkäinen päällikkökylpy on päivitetty suihkulla. Riemukas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Eteisaulassa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Laitteessa on myös pienet lisäominaisuudet, jotka auttavat tekemään vierailustasi mukavamman, mukaan lukien: pesukone / kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta ja -lauta, hiustenkuivaaja, tehosekoitin, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja ilmainen WiFi.

Pysäköinnissä: Asuinkadullamme ei ole erillistä pysäköintitilaa, mutta pysäköinti on tyypillisesti erittäin helppoa löytää. Huoneiston lähellä on useita ilmaisia pysäköintialueita (muutama askel Drayton-kadun yli Gordonissa ja monilla Forsyth Park -puistoa ympäröivillä kaduilla). Historic Savannah

The location in the city is fantastic for us. In the heart of the more leisurely part of the city rather than the more touristy part closer to the river. On street parking was quite easily managed. The unit was comfortable with lots of room.

Beautiful!

This place is amazing. You are less than a block walk from Forsythe Park! This building takes you back in time. The kitchen is beautiful, but does lack a little when being stocked as far as a coffee maker that didn't work and low on some basic kitchen items - but you are by some amazing restaurants so you may not want to cook!

Perfect Place!

We stayed here while in town for our daughter’s wedding. This property was perfect! It was in a great, safe location with plenty of street parking. The home was clean & had all the amenities we needed. It was also very spacious. My favorite part about the property was the bed in the primary bedroom - that mattress is incredible! I want to live there forever.

Holidays

The unit was very comfortable. Although very scant array of dishware and serving dishes which made it so we had to run the dishwasher when not quite full or wash by hand. For four adults who preferred to eat in most meals this was challenging though not impossible. Just seems like a waste of water. The master bedroom was lovely. The second bedroom was too small for our friends to unpack or even set suitcases so photos are a bit deceiving in that sense. All said we loved the location and would rent again but would be better prepared for what the unit lacked.

Great spot, lots of room

This was a really nice place very close to the middle of the historic district. We had plenty of room to stretch out -- the main bedroom was huge; the second bedroom would have been a tight fit for adults but we weren't using it anyway. The kitchen was well appointed in terms of appliances, dishes, etc. The ice maker in the freezer had frozen over, so we needed to mess with that a little bit, but it was fine in the end. Easy to get in and out. Nice place! Would stay there again.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Just a short walk to the Trolly, Forsyth Park, Krogers. We even walked back from River Walk after dinner. Highly recommend!

Nice place, great location, accommodated in a pinch

Nicole was quick to accommodate us when we needed a last minute rental. She provided us with the information that we needed to check-in and answered all of our questions. The home is very pleasant and a few steps from Monterey Square where the Mercer House is located. (We were there to do urban sketching, and the architectural interest in the neighborhood was absolutely wonderful.) It was easy to walk to Liberty, Oglethorpe and Broughton streets for some fun meals and shopping. We had a couple of hiccups as a result of hurricane Helene having gone through the week before, but we were thrilled to find a place to stay! The lamp in the second bedroom did not work, the ice machine was overloaded when we arrived, I cleaned it out, and it froze over again. We asked for more towels and Nicole brought fresh new ones. There was a lot of brick dust in the TV room against the fireplace wall, likely blown in by the hurricane. You may need to buy paper towels and toilet paper. But there was plenty of coffee, beautiful light in the master bedroom, a lovely area to lookout the front of the house, and we had hot water, comfortable beds and bedding, two bathrooms and everything that we needed. I would stay here again.

Cozy place/not clean

Very quaint little townhouse in an amazing location. We loved our stay, but I had to clean our bathroom before we could use it and vacuum the large amounts of dog hair from the floors and rugs. Walking around in socks turned our socks black. Other than that, our stay was great. Just needs a deep clean.

Super sweet spot in a beautiful city

This 2nd floor flat is absolutely adorable! Everything is in perfect walking distance, or biking distance if that’s your thing. Very pet friendly as well. Beautiful squares, lots of history, majestic trees and lovely fountains for the photographer in everybody. We had a really nice stay and we’ve already booked our return trip here.

Location, atmosphere, and room to spread out

We spent 4 lovely nights at this rental property. The location is perfect for exploring historic Savannah! The neighborhood itself is charming and quaint, with so many must-see points of interest just a brief stroll away. You can easily reach Forsyth park, Clary's Café, the Mercer-Williams house, and so much more, all on foot right from the doorstep. Evening walks around the surrounding neighborhoods and through the squares, with their burbling fountains and trees draped in Spanish moss, were peaceful, restorative, and quiet. The condo is big and spacious, with lots of room to spread out. It was just the two of us (plus our little Chi), so we only used the master bedroom for sleeping, and the bed in there was very comfortable. Be aware that with its long windows on every side, the master bedroom is a very sunlit room, which makes it feel cheerful and bright during the day. However at night, the streets are also very illuminated. There are shades on each window, but they don't block out much of that light. So if you need it to be dark to sleep, bring an eye mask. Also, if the renter/s above you happen to be heavy walkers, who walk around with shoes on in the middle of the night, you will hear them (woke us up on more than one occasion). Otherwise, location, atmosphere, and spaciousness are the highlights of this rental property.
