The location of the flat impresses with a short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars in a few minutes. In summer and winter you can explore the extensive network of hiking trails directly from the flat. Or play a round on the nine-hole golf course, which is right in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven and the golf restaurant, which also welcomes guests. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountains.
The approx. 50 m2 flat is located on the 1st floor with a small but nice balcony. The living room is equipped with a cosy sofa corner and offers space to enjoy the holidays together. The table with corner bench is a great place to dine or have a games evening together.
The Motta Naluns skiing area is only 5 minutes away by car and post bus from Scuol. The Martina-Scuol valley cross-country skiing trail can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The ice rink and the Gurlaina football pitch are a 15-20 minute walk away. Various shopping facilities are located in nearby Scuol.
In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. Popular is the short hike to the Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour. The Swiss National Park and Tarasp Castle are also nearby.
