Allegra illa Chasa Pro la Tour- Welcome to the cosy 4 ½-room flat with spectacular views of the rooftops of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The flat is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were combined into an exclusive flat in 2004. The large round windows in the flat allow nature to enter and fill the living space with the Engadine sun. Shopping facilities, the Ardez restaurants and the Ardez railway station are all within a few minutes' walk.

In the bright flat (approx. 120 m2), furnished with taste and charm, you can enjoy your holidays all around. The living room captivates with its cosy sofa corner and reading chair. From there you can enjoy the view of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites through the large arched windows and really let your soul rest. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. The large dining table invites you to eat or play together. The three bedrooms are equipped with single beds (2x 90×200 / 1x 80×200). Two bathrooms allow everyone to start the day calmly in the morning. One is equipped with a double washbasin and bath/WC, the second with shower/WC. The flat has a covered balcony in the living room and another one on the south side of the house. The flat of approx. 120 m2 is on the 2nd floor of an old Engadine house, directly attached to the historic tower (Romanesque Tuor) from the 13th century. The train station is a three-minute walk from the house. Parking is also available there at reduced rates. Shopping is available in the local shops in the village.

In winter, you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (during peak season).

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Ardez is considered a model village of Romanesque residential culture. In addition, you will find a rich flora and fauna in and around Ardez. Ardez is one of the selected "Emerald Areas", which distinguish particularly valuable habitats. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the Lower Engadine nature, relax in the bathing and sauna area with mineral water or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and in winter enjoy the family skiing area Motta Naluns, which can be reached in only 10 minutes by ski bus.
