The flat is located in Scuol Sura, a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities on the Stradun are within 5 minutes walking distance.
In the bright and friendly maisonette (approx. 120 m2) you can enjoy your holidays all around. From the living room with large dining table, exposed beams and windows facing south and west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with oven, cooker and fridge with small freezer compartment. On the ground floor of the flat there are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is the gallery and the large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower/WC.
The approx. 120 m2 flat is on the 3rd floor of a 6-family house with a sunny balcony with a view. The historic part of the village is just below the house. Shopping can be done in the many local shops on the Stradun, only 5 minutes away, where the Bogn Engiadina is also located.
The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away, in about 10 minutes drive you can easily reach the train station and the valley station. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter.
