Newly decorated, this villa has 1 King size bedroom with en suite bathroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa with hall bathroom accessibility. Hotel quality linens are provided, along with a Welcome Kit of toiletries and paper products. The master bedroom is relaxing and inviting with a bedside bench and plenty of drawer space. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the master bathroom, along with a well designed closet for maximum storage. The kitchen features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances and a bistro table for your morning cup of coffee or post-dinner beverage. The breakfast nook will seat 6 people and is adjacent to the kitchen for easy entertaining.
The villa has been updated to include tile floors throughout (hardwood in the entry way) and is freshly painted in coastal colors. Watch TV ( or the boats go by ) in the welcoming living area with sofa and loveseat and seagrass woven coffee table. Entertainment options include DVD, cable TV and WIFI. Step outside through the sliding doors that open for immediate and unobstructed views of the dock and Bohicket Creek! Eat al fresco at the patio table, which offers optimal sunset viewing opportunities. The first floor unit is easily accessible with ground floor entrance. A covered garage is steps from the front door. A community pool is about 75 feet from the villa.

No charging cords may be connected to any outlet at any time, this is a potential fire hazard and is not permitted within the community. Please contact the property manager for the closest EV charging station from Seabrook.

Access to Seabrook Island with gate pass and beach parking. Amenity cards will be provided at expense of the guest. Seabrook gate pass and amenity cards ( if any ) will be provided and picked up at the Seabrook Amenity Office prior to entering the gates. Amenity card will ONLY allow access to the indoor/outdoor pool at the SIPOA Lakehouse. Seabrook Beach Club access NOT included, golf courses or equestrian center are not accessible. Public parking at beaches is included with Amenity card ( only park in authorized lots, do NOT park in unauthorized parking spaces. )
Effective August 1, 2023, there is a $45 charge for a gate pass for Seabrook for the duration of your stay. If you would like a gate pass, please contact me prior to your arrival so I may send you a link to register your car. The $45 fee will be added to your vrbo bill.
