Kävelyn jälkeen etuovesta, sinut vedetään kaksikerroksiseen, lattiasta kattoon, näkymiin Bohicket-joelle ja venesatamaan. Kun vihdoin muistat katsomaan ympärillesi, näet heti mukautetut teräsportaat, jotka johtavat parvi-oleskelutilaan, 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone ja täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Alakerrassa on toinen makuuhuone (myös oma kylpyhuone) sekä toinen puoli-kylpyamme. Lähes 1900 neliöjalkaa upouusi asuintilaa. Huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut keittiökoneet ja yli 400 neliöjalkaa kannet. 55-tuumainen televisio, jossa on Bluetooth-äänipalkki, sekä televisiot jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa.

Huvilamme sijaitsee aidatulla Bohicket Marina Villagessa ja on vain muutaman askeleen rantatietä, josta voit vaeltaa kauppoihin, ravintoloihin ja baareihin. Tilaa vene, meloa kajakissa tai tutustu alueelle pystyssä olevalla meloaulalla. Voit myös rentoutua yksityisessä ulkouima-altaan uima-altaalla.

Sinulla on helppo pyöräretkelle tai kävelylle 16 tuomioistuimen Seabrook-tenniskeskukseen ja Lake House-virkistyskeskukseen, jossa on täydet kuntoilutilat, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, ulkouima-allas, järvi ja kävelypolut. Hyppää polkupyörälle nopeaan 10 minuutin ajomatkaan ratsastuskeskukseen tai 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Freshfieldsin kaupoista. Upea ostosalue, jossa on upeita ravintoloita ja useita tapahtumia ympäri vuoden. Ranta on helppo pyöräretke kauniin Seabrook-yhteisön läpi.

AMENITYKORTTIT SISÄLTÄÄ EI LISÄMAKSUISESTA Vieraista. We had a fantastic vacation at this waterfront condo. The property was very well equipped and everything was well maintained. This property was close to the amenities at Seabrook, but also very close to Freshfields and even Kiawah. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend this lovely villa! Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous! Loved being able to walk around the marina and down to Seabrook Island on the walking/bike trail! The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay
Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful villa w stunning view
Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.

4th Stay at this Property
This was my 4th time at this property and once again all expectations were met and exceeded! The views are definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. But so are the comfortable furnishings, the layout, the fully stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The townhouse was immaculate and the communications with the owner were seamless. No doubt I will be back for a 5th time!

Great condo in excellent location
We spent a month here and really enjoyed the property. Very light and open, and comfortable. You can walk to restaurants and easy access to Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island. Owner was great for communication.

Beautiful Unique Property at Bohicket
Wonderful villa at Bohicket! Kitchen is fully equipped for guests who chose to cook fresh seafood. Convenient to restaurants at the marina and in Freshfields. Not an accessible property if climbing steps is difficult. We will be staying there again.

Modern Space with Great Views and Amenities
We had a lovely stay. Jack reached out ahead of time with lots of helpful information concerning parking at the villa, seabrook gate access, and amenity cards. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated and had such pretty views of the water. It might be on the listing but could be useful to note that guests must walk up about twenty steps to reach the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Bohicket marina is relaxing, with spectacular marsh and sunset views, primo walking and biking, great beaches nearby, golf and tennis close, and even good shopping. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place - Great stay!
This condo at Bohicket Marina is exactly what you see and is represented on VRBO. Anyone who has used the VRBO service knows that this is not always the case. Let me start with the location. Bohicket Marina/ Village is on Seabrook Island. It is about a 6 minute drive around the island to Kiawah Beachcomber Park - for those inclined to go to the beach. However, with the boardwalk and the boat traffic in and out of the marina itself, it is a great place to hang out! If you're going to Charleston, you're about a half hour / 45 minutes away from downtown. So you get the beauty of the island and the lowcountry and have easy access to Charleston also. The condo is simply stunning. It is very tastefully and nicely decorated. It has a sizable "hang out" area in the living room, and deck space for keeping an eye out for dolphins, etc. The gourmet kitchen has every pot, pan, glass, dish or utensil that anyone could possibly need to keep you and your party well fed during your stay. The owner, Jack, was simply outstanding to work with. We had a couple of questions upon our arrival, and they were answered promptly. This condo is simply a fabulous place to spend time in the Charleston area, and I hope we get the opportunity to visit down there again soon. We would stay here as often as Jack would allow!
