Tämä päivitetty Summerwind-m��kki sopii lomallesi. Hop pyörällä ja ratsastaa Pelican Beachillä katsomaan auringonlaskua, kun katkaravun veneet palaavat merestä. Jatka ratsastusta tien varrella Beach Club -allasissa, ruokaile vedellä Pelicanin pesässä tai golfia Seabrook Island Clubin kahdella mestaruustason golfkent��llä.

Tämä upea mökki on päivitetty ylhäältä alas. Saapuessasi huomaat parkettilattiat ja viihtyisän sisustuksen. Viihtyisä poikkileikkaus kutsuu sinut rentoutumaan katsellessasi suurta HDTV: tä ja BluRay-soitinta. Jos haluat lukea tai katsella jotain erilaista, siirry aurinkohuoneeseen ja oleskelutilaan tässä valoisassa huoneessa, jossa on HDTV. Tässä mökissä on kolme makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, HDTV, pääsy auringon huoneeseen ja oma kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneen kohokohtiin kuuluu suuri suihkukaappi ja graniitti. Kodin toisella puolella on kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta. Molemmissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja istua kokohuoneen kylpyhuoneen väliin. Päivitetty kylpyhuone on turhamaisuus graniitti, laatta lattia ja suihku / amme.

Vuokraan sisältyy vuokrakortteja, jotka antavat sinulle pääsyn Seabrook Island Clubin tiloihin. Nämä kortit antavat sinulle pääsyn Beach Clubin merenranta-altaille (kausiluonteiset), Pelican's Nest -ravintolaan / -baariin (kausiluonteinen), Island House -ravintola / baari, golf ja tennis. Lisämaksuja veloitetaan kaikesta toiminnasta paitsi ulkouima-altaan käytöstä. Perfect location!
Every night, we took a short 10 minute walk to see the most fabulous sunset. On other days, we took a short drive to the pool, restaurant, Freshfields village, and the fitness center. To have the amenities package included was such a plus. The Beach house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the large enclosed porch, gas grill, 3 bedrooms, and ample parking. Plenty of room to spread out!

We had a great time! Location on seabrook island meant we were only about a mile from multiple boardwalks to the beach and watching dolphins on the north end. Beach was usually busy but never felt crowded. Highly recommend renting beach shade and chairs at the start of your stay, they are a different maker at the beach. Home was very cozy, beds were comfortable and twin beds meant none of our 4 kids had to share a bed. boardwalk 9 to the beach gives you really gentle surf perfect for small kids, we used boardwalk 5 most of the time for bigger waves and a shower at the end, boardwalk 1 for closest access to dolphins in north end. Great shopping, restaurants and groceries at Freshfield village close to seabrook island, check their webpage as they have family friendly events most summer evenings. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Summer Vacation
This was our third stay at Seabrook, and we loved this place. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and very convenient to the beach and the beach club/pools (3 minute drive or 20 minute walk). I would definitely stay here again.

Horse show getaway
We absolutely loved Summerwind. It was a perfect size for our party of 4 plus a 5 year old. It was clean and just wonderful. We will definitely rent it again when another show comes up at Mullet Hall.

Best rental we've ever had!
This was one of the best rentals we've ever had. I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations: super clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Coastal Getaways provided outstanding communication and customer service. The information provided ahead of time was so helpful in getting our trip planned and having things like bikes, amenity cards, etc. all set up ahead of time. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation, we'll definitely return!

Love it!
I feel we’ve found our new favorite beach cottage! We’ve been renting on Seabrook Island for over a decade and have tried several condos, cottages and homes. A huge plus is the covered parking. It’s rains a lot and especially summer afternoons. Having a covered parking area takes away the anxiety of packing the bikes and roof top carrier for families. It’s something most people don’t think about until they rent a home down here with a covered garage. The home is nicely appointed with the most comfortable beds and silky linens. It’s completely updated and the sunroom is huge and really can be used as a 4th bedroom as it had a fold out couch. We had a family of 4 and it was perfect. We could have had 7 easily. The kitchen is well stocked and so nice to have two bathrooms! The outside shower is a huge benefit as well. The location is close to the beach. We rode our bikes and saw dear and several dolphin by the Kiawah Seabrook inlet. We'll definitely rent her again! Kudos to the cleaning crew!

Good for small family or group
This home has a good layout for a small family. Its in a somewhat dated community and the home itself could use some updates. There is no view and no yard but it is located on beautiful Seabrook Island. Getting to the beach is a short bikeride and it includes amenity cards which give you access to a beautiful oceanside pool and a lovely little bar/restaurant.

Fun Stay
We enjoyed our time at this property. It’s well located and very comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, as it didn’t keep the property overly cool. We were told that the AC would only keep the house 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, which meant that the house was 76 degrees inside on certain days. The property manager had the AC checked for us and brought over fans, which helped, but we believe the AC system needs to be replaced.

Ladies trip
We had a great stay at Summerwind cottage! The rooms were spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great and the amenities were also great. The only problem we had was the oven did not work. We would suggest that more towels and wash cloths were in the cottage. After we all showered we would have to straight away wash them to have for the next time. Also, we thought it would be cooler in the living room and dining room if they had ceiling fans. All in all, it was a very nice property, decorated very nice and inviting. We look forward to coming again!

It was a nice location and property.
We enjoyed our stay overall but was a little disappointed in how little the supplies were. For example, there was only one towel per guest. And the kitchen lacked a few items. We could not get the grill to work and could not find matches or a lighter. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Very comfortable
This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island and we loved it. The beach and pool area are fabulous. We also enjoyed the outdoor restaurant called the Pelican's Nest. The Summerwind Villa was very comfortable and clean. The exterior has no curb appeal, but the inside was nicely decorated and updated. The beds were very comfortable and we found everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. The house also has 2 different living rooms so that was nice when we wanted to watch somthing different on tv. We had no problems connecting with the wifi and I think every room had a tv.

Very nice accommodations.
Our first trip to Seabrook Island and we loved it. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. We were not crazy about the solar tube/skylight in the master bedroom --- (daylight greeted us at 5:30 am after arriving there at 1am). Otherwise we found it to be a great place!
