Prom Talo Seaside; Panoraama merinäköala; 4BR + ja 2. 3 BA

Kotimme sijaitsee aivan Promenade Seaside Oregon ja on esteetön panoraamanäköala merelle viisi suuret ikkunat edessä talon. Nauti valaiden katselu, surffaajien ja lomanviettäjille kävely Prom. Etukannen kannen ansiosta se on erittäin miellyttävä istua ja aurinkoa tai lukea nauttien musiikkia omasta tallennetusta musiikkilaitteestasi ja kauniista merinäkymistä.

Talo on täysin uusittu graniitti ja marmori työtasot koko, laattalattiat joillakin alueilla ja lehtipuut toisissa. Remontin kylpyhuoneet sisältää jopa lattialämmitys. Pidimme kuitenkin kodikas lämmin tunne, että joki rock takka rannalla tuo, varsinkin kun se on myrskyinen.
Toukokuussa 2017 teimme joitain suuria muunnelmia talon ulkopuolelle, jossa saksalaista sirkkeliä käytettiin tiiliin, sekä monia muita päivityksiä, jotka tunsimme tekisi vierailustasi mukavammin.

Toukokuussa 2016 me uusittu ylimmässä kerroksessa talon mahtuu enemmän avoin käsite ja tehdä siitä lapsi ystävällinen ympäristö. Pehmeät tuolit tuovat elokuvien katselua ja 50-tuumainen HDTV dvd-soittimella, lapsilla on pallo. Teimme myös joitakin merkittäviä muutoksia "Man Cave" ja kodinhoitohuone. Kun "Cave" on 50 "HDTV kaapeli ja mukavan lämmin kaasu takka niin harrastajista voi nauttia pelien retro-baari ja sitten ottaa torkut. Myös foosball taulukossa. Ja on DVD-soittimet jokaisessa kerroksessa, joten voit katsella elokuvia, sekä pari VHS pelaajia vanhoja elokuvia voisi tuoda. Talo on myös langallinen, sisäpuolella ja myös kannella, joten voit nauttia nauhoitetusta musiikista ylimmässä kerroksessa, pääkerroksessa ja kannella.

Hiljattain uusittu keittiö istuu pöydälle vähintään 10-12: lle perhejuhliin tai suuremmille ryhmille. Tarjoamme myös syöttötuoli pienimmille. Tiedän olemme rakentaneet ihania muistoja istuen ja syöminen.

Kaikki TV: n koko talossa on asetettu elokuvien katseluun. Lisäksi meillä oli ajotieltä ja pysäköintialue pinnoittaa tänä syksynä joten on hyvin vähän jäljellä voimme parantaa.

Lopuksi haluamme muistuttaa, että vuodesta 15 kesäkuu syyskuuhun 15. me vain vuokrata viikoksi lauantaista lauantaihin. Loput vuonna meillä on kaksi yötä vähintään paitsi kolme päivää viikonloppuisin, jossa vähintään kolme yötä.

Tämä loma-asunto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Columbia Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

Very well-equipped, comfortable, excellent location
My 3-generation family of 10 people & 2 dogs stayed here for 3 nights Thanksgiving weekend and had a fabulous time. Within easy walking distance of the market, beautiful view of the ocean with a private path to the beach. Quite a hike to the strip (gift shops, restaurants, etc.) but the 7-year old was able to do it. This was definitely the best equipped home I have ever rented: all the utensils & pans you could need, plentiful supply of TP/PT/etc., a baby gate for the dogs, books, games, toys, plentiful towels, the list goes on. Spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, house is snug (maintained heat well in cold weather, no leaky windows), water pressure great, and the heated bathroom floors are a dream. Things to be aware of: not a new upscale dwelling (the well-maintained front may give that impression); this is an old home with character and some inevitable maintenance needs. The advertised sound system, DVD player, and fireplace were not usable (the TVs are new and work great; we brought a Roku stick and so could stream using our own subscriptions). The stairs are quite steep but have a nifty motion-triggered night/safety light. The 'open-format' bedroom with queen and multiple twins is upstairs and one must walk through it to get to the other two bedrooms and bathroom, but it is spacious, has its own TV, and a neat little cubby with beanbags. All queen rooms are roomy enough for a dog kennel, bags, etc. All hard floors with throw rugs. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable house, great location-walk to beach and fun kid stuff in Seaside. Tricky sleeping arrangements if you have 5 couples...one bedroom has a twin bed and barely room for a cot on the floor. But the couch works. Great kitchen/dining area for cooking and visiting at the same time.

Perfect family beach retreat!
This property was perfect for our family! The ocean views and location/proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and in-town activities couldn't be better. Marcie was great with communication...there were some outside repairs that needed to be done, and she was clear about what and when to expect it -- easy! This is an older home with well-done upgrades (love the heated bathroom floor!), while maintaining all the character and charm!

The home was perfectly located to town and other attractions. Beach was awesome! Only odd thing was the basement was damp and did smell of mildew. I kept emptying the dehumidifier. We didn’t use the basement. The floors and handrails were sticky and we had to wipe them down. The bedding must have been washed in heavy bleach, very strong smell.

We enjoyed our stay at The Prom House. Seven adults stayed at the house and four others visited with us from lunch thru dinner. There was room for all of us to visit around the large table or in the living room. The beds were comfortable, ample towels were provided (including beach towels which we didnt need), the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and appliances. The view of the beach and sunset is wonderful. The house and patio are great for people-watching too. The bathrooms are nicely updated with heated floors. The living room is homey and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace.

Seaside vacation
We enjoyed this beautiful home on the quieter end of the Promenade. The views are great and we appreciated the easy walk to the beach. All of our sons weren't able to join us, but my nieces and children popped in and spent a night each. The home is comfortable, with plenty of beds. It was a fun house for hide and seek and the beach toys and kites added to the fun at the beach.

Great Oceanfront House
This place is right on the ocean front, and just a bit of a walk from the main drag. House is charming and there are just tons of beds and sleeping options throughout. It's well stocked with games and such, and is a couple blocks away from The Osprey Cafe which is a fantastic restaurant. I would totally stay here again.

Beautiful beach house
Our extended family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights at Prom House and wish we could stay longer. The house is so beautiful and attractive from the outside. The view is gorgeous from every window. The house is spacious and has everything we need that makes us feel right at home, even toothpicks!!! We loved sitting outside in the evening enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean and peacefulness away from the crowds and noises. Yhank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back.
