At my place you’re just two blocks from the Seattle waterfront and glimmering Elliott Bay, and it's mere steps to the Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Museum and the city’s best restaurants, cultural sites and nightlife. The apartment has a great view of downtown Seattle with an awesome private balcony, chic wood floors and finishes puts you in the lap of luxury.

Excellent Location
Property was in a great location in downtown Seattle. Everything was very walkable and we had no issues at all. It was clean and a great size for 2 people for a 1 week stay. I would definitely book again.

Just okay... kind of the minimum.
The couch was difficult to sleep on for two people. Only having one keyfob to enter was kind of a pain because we had to rely on others or stay together to get access back. There were no fans, and no a/c (which I understand is very common) but it was hot in Seattle that weekend and none of us slept well at all (dang the streets were loud!). Had to have the door and the one window open for any type of ventilation. They stated they wanted us to start laundry but no detergent was given. The fan in the bathroom didn't work great which didn't help with the humidity in the apartment with no air movement. The communication wasn't bad, and what was given sufficed for our stay. The location was wonderful, we walked to the pier, up to the market, a Target was very close for anything we needed. We even walked to the Space Needle. I waited a while to review because of the sourness of the stay... it's not bad, but I wouldn't choose to book again. There were no reviews when I booked, after seeing them the week before our trip I was worried, and it worked, but it was just really rough for a vacation.

Perfect for downtown seattle and pre /post cruise stop.
The apartment was very spacious for two, good views and the Location at the top of Harbour steps and all its eateries and bars, 2 minutes too the waterfront, and less to Pike place public market. communications with the owner were spot on.

Great Waterfront Location
We stayed at this property for two nights prior to our Alaskan cruise. It could not have been in a better location. It was in walking distance of so many things! Just a block from Pikes Place and the waterfront! I would stay here again if we return to Seattle.

2 nights in seattle
The location really is amazing. The apartment is great and was worth the value by comparison in the area It was perfect for 2 people considering privacy and space. It would work for a longer stay then what we did too. However the previous reviews before mine were correct in that the host is not the best with communication. After being given the check-in information which was a bit inconsistent with what we found in the apartment but thorough and friendly. I was told to wait for a confirmation from the host that I was good to enter. I never actually got one. On our last morning at about 10: 30 a.m. I'd just messaged the host we were wrapping up and would be leaving on time (check out is 11) and the next guest openes the door and walked in while we were still packing up. She thought I was the cleaner. I messaged the host. And he informed me they were supposed to wait until they got his go ahead. It gave me more questions than answers. I think this place has a lot of potential unfortunately being walked in on as 2 women traveling really soured the experience for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location was unbeatable as it’s just round the corner from Pike Place Market. Travelling with 2 young kids means that it isn’t easy to hop on a taxi or Uber. So staying somewhere so central to all attractions meant that we could walk to most places we wanted to visit (Chihuly and Space needle were only a 20-30min walk away), or hop on the bus (direct bus to the zoo!). The apartment building was secure and felt very safe. The apartment itself was very clean, with all amenities you could hope for - we managed to cook breakfast and whip up a few small meals which makes it a lot easier when you have 2 hungry kids. My kids loved it here and so did we. Only slightly hiccup was that communication with the host was not always prompt. I had to go through Vrbo admin to chase up getting check in information which I only received the day before my trip. Also, I had a question during my stay about locating where the fans were stored in the apartment as it was mentioned in the check in information (we visited when the average temperature was 28-30 degrees Celsius) but I never got a direct response. Nonetheless, what information that was provided was detailed and helpful. Check in was a breeze and we had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely book this place again if visiting Seattle!

Perfect location
Overall, it was a great stay. Location is perfect with the train station a block away, Pike Market a couple blocks and a stairway down to the waterfront. The safety and security of the building was great, it was a little stark but clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had basic supplies needed to prepare meals. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. That being said, I was disappointed with the communication with the hosts. I asked if I could possibly get in at 3 instead of 4 and was assured I could but to wait for a message. I never received one until 4:30 saying the apartment was ready (I had already gone in at 4). I received a long message of what was required of me and also that although the apartment had no a/c, I should open the window and door and use the fans. When I asked where they were twice, I never got a response until 2 days later after I checked out. They apologized and stated the last they knew there were 2 there and someone must have taken them. It was pretty hot during the day with 1 small window and a door to open, but I had no problem sleeping as it was cooler then. There is a small table with some wooden slat chairs on the balcony. This is an apartment in the heart of the city, so like all cities, there will be noise. I travel with a small sound machine and that worked well. I travel a lot and although the time of year with the high temperature made it a little warm, I would recommend this location.

Much left to be desired from this day - unfortunately. Beautiful apartment however: the capacity is better suited to three adults not four. Couch in the living room is a trundle bed that was uncomfortable and moved all over the place. It had to be readjusted several times during the night. The kitchen was poorly equipped. We baked pizza and found no pot holders or cookie sheets. Coffee is not included and food from previous guests was left in the fridge. Don't expect coffee or tea e. The bathrooms fan didn't work and bath soap wasn't provided and the shampoo I can only surmise was a remnant from the previous guests. It was a humid weekend and although we knew that there was no air conditioning, no fan was provided either. We had to leave the window open for airflow and had to listen to cars revving and racing until about 2:00 a.m. Finally, there is no wi-fi. I had read the reviews and hope that the situation had been corrected. It had not an attempting to reach the host was unsuccessful regarding the Wi-Fi or the next morning when we requested a noon check out. I do not recommend.

Fantastic location! So close to the waterfront and the light rail - we had a fabulous time. Perfect for two people looking to explore the city. Highly recommend the sailboat ride that you can see from the balcony

Worst Host experience I've ever had with VRBO
The location was good and we were advised there was no air-conditioning but I feel like they should have advised that the neighborhood can, and was noisy late into the night. When we arrived the internet was not working. I emailed the host and received no response. I called the next morning and was told he received my message, had unsuccessfully attempted to fix on his end and would call the provider. We received no update during the day and it was still out that night. Multiple requests were sent over the next two days with no response from the host. The afternoon of our last day I received a message from the host apologizing and that he was going to contact the provider. I don't understand why that was not done after the first message but the internet never came on. I was forced to do my morning work from coffee shops and since all the TV options were streaming services we could not watch. He did say he would offer some compensation but since there was no amount specified I told him to forget it and I would submit this review. Finally, on the last afternoon my wife and I returned separately and both times the call to access the building went to voicemail and we had to wait until someone left before we could enter.

No Wifi/ Good location
The building is in a great location downtown. There was no wifi and even after contacing the host three times and getting two passwords, none worked and I got no final response. There was a dirty plate in the sink when we arrived which I thought was odd. When I went to load the dishwasher, it was half full of dirty dishes and dried on food at the bottom. It wouldn't run so I had to hand wash the dishes and keep the door closed to lessen the smell. Overall the condo has a great view but the neighbor wasn't friendly when he discovered we were getting off on the same floor as him and realized we were the vrbo guests. There were other comments from other guests about the wifi not working and I should have listened. I figured the host would have addressed it by then but now I wonder if no wifi is available and they give bad passwords hoping the guest will give up asking. There are alot of places in Seattle to rent so keep that in mind...

Beautiful views and 2 blocks to Pikes Place Market
We were very pleased with this apartment. It had all amenities, comfortable bed and couch pull out bed. Temperature was nice, quiet, and convenient to everything! So great to have a patio, too!
