Pros: super close to airport and free shuttle to airport and light rail with amazing shuttle staff; great front desk with excellent customer service; pool and jacuzzi open early until late Cons: desperately needs a renovation as it’s super outdated; breakfast not great; room keys didn’t work several times and the front desk staff even complained about the problems with room keys

Our stay was good. We were there for a week to visit friends and site see. Only downside was that we had to request housekeeping even though we kept putting the sign on our door to make up the room. Jacuzzi was warm. Pool was comfortable temp. Gym was nice. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice and friendly.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were and clean and well stocked. Breakfast was awesom. Hot fresh food daily. The only draw back from this property was, there wasn't a microwave in the room to use. But they did offer access to one microwave in the breakfast dining area

Room was only cleaned every 2 days. One of the days I walked out and there were 2 cleaning carts and maids outside the rooms near my room… it’s so obvious that I was going out and they can clean my room, but I came back 8 hours later and the room wasn’t cleaned lol. Also the lady doing the shuttle bookings had an attitude. I know what time I booked for, no need to repeat what times aren’t available lol.

Great price
The good things about the hotel. The price, comfortable bed, free parking, free breakfast, it is easy to get to, and the front desk employee was very nice. The bad things. The room keys hardly work. You end up standing in the hall swiping them about 10 times. The room had a odd smell and the breakfast staff wasn't very friendly.
