Nice staff, good value, great location. The building and facilities are just a little bit outdated. That’s expected with the age of the building and price we paid. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would recommend

they lost our reservation and we had to wait at check in for half an hour. The toilet in our room did not work, it is really old and has no power to flush. The shower has no water pressure and was not enjoyable at all.

Great Stay
The staff at the front desk and the wine bar were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Loved the cozy feel of the hotel. Walking distance to Lumen field, many restaurants and Pike Market. Would defiantly stay there again.

Pictures online are completely inaccurate to how the rooms actually looked. Walked down our hall and into our room and it felt like we were staying in a hostel. The staff were rude and unapologetic to how i was treated and accused of putting my room key on other peoples door. They accused me of not being a guest or not knowing my room number after i had just told them my room number. It was 3 employees against a single female. I was extremely uncomfortable the rest of my stay and not one apology from any of them. If it wasn't for family arriving the next day i would have packed my bags and left. I even called the manager to discuss the incident and not yet to receive a call. I will never stay in this place again. The price I paid for it did not constitute the level of disregard in this place.
