For 300 dollars it definitely wasn't worth the room... The room faced the alley and parking where cars and people where in and out all night I feel like the rooms in that location should have been about half the price and possibly more for higher up.. the strike plate on the rooms door latch was broken out the door still closed but you could grab it and move it in and out considerably... All in all my experience was mediocre at best ..
