Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great restaurant/bar at the hotel and walking distance so so many other bars and restaurants. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to Pike Place. Really great value for such a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute hotel in the heart of downtown

I had a very good stay. The bed was super comfy and the shower worked wonders on the cold I had. Quarters were a bit tight, but the decor and character, (and that bed!) more than made up for it. Great location too!

Third time staying here and I adore the Theodore. The staff are fabulous, the shower pressure is a dream and the bed is perfect. It’s a beautiful hotel near everything and safe. Highly recommended

If you like to wear jerseys fitted cap n Jordans. Do not come here. They do not like urban people. They will stare at you. And look at you with a weird face . The bar n restaurant will make you wait. Longer then they tell you. Person told me and my wife 15 mins. didn't even ask our names told to wait. She never came. Had to go back n ask. Then got a table after a Caucasian family came after us they got a table right away. Be careful race base hotel..

Great find in Seattle

Great hotel in downtown Seattle. Comfortable room. Updated. GREAT coffee shop in lobby and bar/ restaurant downstairs also good. Perfect for business trip if on a budget and want a nice, clean, updated space to stay and work at. Upgrade your room if a desk is needed. Staff is very helpful as well at desk and in the restaurant.

I looked out at a wall, so if i was visiting from out of state, I would have been very disappointed. I was there to shop and they let me check in 2 hours early, so it was worth the bad view.
