The staff was friendly and professional, and they helped me with my questions. The room was kept clean with daily housekeeping and was stocked with the basics utensils in the kitchenette. Their market was also available 24 hours a day with the basic food and health necessities. The area around the hotel was quiet due to nearby apartments and mostly residential neighborhood. The parking is across the street in a parking garage with $15/night, but there is an elevator just outside the entrance to connect to the garage.

The hotel we booked was chosen so that we could enjoy the hot tub. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and it was filled with concrete. It would be nice to have known. We probably would not have chosen that location. The rest of our experience was top notch! Would have been nice to be compensated a little for the lack of knowledge about the hot tub. My husband was really looking forward to that. Very unfortunate.
