Perfect location! 98 walk score. Seattle's oldest and hottest neighborhood. East Mercer at 10th Ave East. Ground floor apartment just four blocks to Capitol Hill light rail station ($3 to/from airport), streetcar, best restaurants, coffee shops & bars and Volunteer Park. South Lake Union just down the hill. Fred Hutch, hospitals, Kenmore Air and Space Needle and MoPop within minutes. Street car to Seattle University or International District. Car? You don't need one but I have private off street parking.

Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for two couples, friends or family up to five. Both bedrooms have new high-quality queen beds with their own full baths (one has a two-person shower, the other a shower / tub), with Euro Duravit low-flow toilets. Beds have hotel quality duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long trundle bed couch (new 2022) in living room easily coverts to a queen bed and sleeps a fifth guest. We have a Pac-n-play available for infants/toddlers.

Amazing sun-drenched kitchen has high end gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K UHD TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and zone AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks on both doors mean no keys to pick up or return.

Great for business and corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly the stadiums (in 12 minutes) and the University of Washington (in 5 min). I know you'll love this space. It has a wonderful cozy comfort that is hard to beat.

Great Stay!

Great stay!

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. The owners thought of everything for everyone and were easy to contact and ask questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Fully Equipped and Beautiful

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. The hosts are very informative and kind. I will definitely be looking for this place again if I need to stay in the Seattle area.

Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. We loved this place so so much! My kids did not want to leave. Very private and quiet apartment but so close to great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with, offering many great suggestions and information. They were always quick to respond to any questions Apartment was clean and comfortable. Blissful Stay in One Block Off Broadway

We loved our family vacation in Capitol Hill! It was the perfect home away from home, and an ideal spring point for wandering around Seattle. We has everything we needed for a family with two children, ages 9 & 12. The home home is sweet, cozy and inviting. It was just the right a amount of space. The owners have thoughtfully provided so many things. Mike and Kat are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home!

The location is great!! You have multiple restaurants,shops,grocery stores within 2 blocks.Mike & Kathleen are amazing hosts, who really go out of their way to make your stay special.The apt is very well laid out, open floor plan.Beds so comfy.Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay!

It was fun to explore the Broadway area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating, even added YouTubeTV to their streaming service so we could watch Huskie football!. Kitchen was well stocked so could easily cook. The 8 stairs up to the entry were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise our stay was great.

Friends and Family in Seattle

Renting and staying in One Off Broadway was a delightful experience. The owner was understanding and helpful when we needed to change our scheduled stay. Communication throughout was clear and thorough. The space was great for two couples and was comfortable for visits from our son and his friend. The Perfect Rental in Seattle

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely rental. Great fall weekend on Capital Hill

This is our second stay at this property. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Location is perfect for enjoying Capital Hill and catching Light Rail to football game or downtown. Hosts are great.

Feels like home

What we really enjoyed about this property is the cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen is beautiful if you want to do some cooking and there are lovely local restaurants if you want to eat out. The beds are comfortable. Everything is well stocked and thought of. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The outdoor patio was a sweet little cove to have a quiet conversation. The warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was the cream on top.

Superb Stay

I have stayed at many vacation rentals here in the US as well as outside the US. This is one of the best if not the best we’ve stayed in The instructions were clear. Check in was smooth. The owners checked in during the stay offering assistance but none was needed!’ I loved the little notes left around the rental reinforcing instructions on appliances, temperature control etc. The home was extremely comfortable and tasteful. We absolutely intend to stay at this rental next time we visit Seattle

Perfect home away

This property is amazing. It is clean and so well stocked with everything you could need. Location is great. We used public transportation for the most part and it was very convenient. Neighborhood is quiet. Grocery store very close. Found a great place in the neighborhood that sells locally made frozen entrees for those days you are tired and just want to relax at home.
