In an old barn, 80m² cottage 500m from the Belgian border.
Ground floor: open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, American fridge with freezer compartment, coffee pod), living room with sofa and 146cm flat screen TV, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 160x200 bed (not separable) and one with 2 90x200 beds (possibility of 1 160x200 bed) bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, electric towel dryer and double sink. A separate toilet. An office area with quality sofa bed for 1 person.
Terrace with private and enclosed garden of approximately 70m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure and private parking spaces.
Laundry room shared with another cottage with washing machine and dryer. WIFI.
All-inclusive cottage (energy charges, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning). A green setting in the immediate vicinity of Belgium with a 12th century church listed as a historic monument. Sebourg is a village in the Valenciennes region, very popular with lovers of peace and fresh air and its medieval church symbolizes the rich rural heritage of the surrounding area.
