Newly remodeled, this Sedona Hummingbird is situated in the popular West Sedona area. You will find yourself less than a mile from Highway 89A, offering a multitude of shopping, restaurants and activities. Area hiking/biking trails are close and the surrounding red rock views are gorgeous.

Offering 1,913 square feet, this one-level home has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

Stepping through the front door will put you directly into the home's main great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area —all with an open and bright ambiance.

Living Room: The living room is large and has contemporary furnishings, including a new queen sofa sleeper, and the many surrounding windows bring in natural light and peaceful views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils your group's chef will need for those homemade snacks and meals. This area also offers several bar spaces that provide seating and are great for entertaining.

Dining area: Enjoy dining at the lovely wood table with cushion seating for six. The area also has a cozy sitting area and patio access.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom 1— King bed, Smart TV, dressing area with stand-up mirror, and patio access. The private bathroom has dual sinks, stone counters, lighted mirrors, and an oversized tile and glass shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed and Smart TV; private access to the shared bathroom with a large glass/tile shower with four showerheads (two rain and two wall), two sinks and lighted mirrors.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king upon request and a $30 fee), Smart TV, and access to the shared bathroom.

Outdoor/deck areas:
You will love the newly landscaped living spaces in the private backyard. Have a cocktail or a wine tasting in your private bar – the Lizard Lounge, soak in the hot tub after a full day of activities, and enjoy your meals outdoors. There is a gas BBQ to grill up your favorites.
