Ideally located less than a mile from Highway 89A, this luxurious retreat places you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and Sedona's most iconic hiking trails. Surrounded by breathtaking red rock vistas, this home is the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.

This single-level residence offers a spacious split floor plan on the second level, boasting 2,580 square feet of upscale living space. With three master suites and three bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Living Spaces

Step inside via the garage stairway or stone pathway to the front door, and you'll immediately be captivated by the expansive great room. This open-concept space seamlessly blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all designed to maximize comfort and showcase the surrounding red rock views.

Living Room: Unwind in the spacious living area, complete with contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with cable programming. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, framing the stunning landscape.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a five-burner gas stovetop. A center island with bar seating for four, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry make meal prep both stylish and convenient.

This was a wonderful house! We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the location was great! Easy to get to everything. I love that this house did not use heavy fragrances for linens and there were no air fresheners! Check out was easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sedona with a view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sedona. This VRBO is beautiful. It has spectacular views as well. We had sunny days and one snowy day and the contrast of the sun and snow on the mountains was just breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable and the location is fairly close to a lot of different hikes and close to several grocery stores. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the home was not great. They ask you to take off your shoes in the instructions so we brought slippers. Our slippers were so dirty on the bottoms showing me the floors are not washed in between visitors or very often. We also came across many dirty dishes that were put back into the cabinets. We typically will rinse dishes anyway, but some of the dishes had food caked on them and lip prints on the glasses. When we contacted the host company, response time was good, but resolution was not. They also told me someone would contact me after the weekend during normal business hours and no one ever contacted us. So, unfortunately we would not likely stay here again due to cleanliness concerns.

Wonderful property!
The house was in a great West Sedona location near hiking trails and a bourbon distillery. The house was tastefully furnished and had all the kitchen amenities that you needed while on vacation. How the restaurants in the area were so delicious that we didn’t cook. The house is accessible by a fairly steep driveway or a steep rocky path to the front door. Overall a wonderful house to stay at!

We loved the awesome views from every room in this contemporary VRBO property. Three master suites and bathrooms provided excellent accommodations for all of us. The proximity to hiking and dining venues was an ideal location. We will definitely return someday soon.

Impromptu Sedona Stay
Due to a last minute change of plans we booked the Sedona Skyscape for 3 nights. What an amazing experience. Everyone in our group stated we needed to come again for a much longer stay. The views from every room of the house were inspiring and gorgeous. The house was immaculate and well appointed. Perfect location for hiking, restaurants, shopping, and relaxing.

Magical Location - You won’t want to leave!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! The views are stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The house itself is cozy, well-appointed, and has everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway among the red rocks. The decor was so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave! I’d love to know who designed the interiors because it was just gorgeous and really made the space feel special. We’ll definitely be back if it’s available. Amazing home in Sedona! Views for days
WOW! From booking to arriving to leaving the experience was amazing. They were accommodating helping us plan our trip and make sure we had what we needed for my 18 month old niece. The house had everything we would need to cook and relax. The views alone were worth it. I think it’s the best view in Sedona! We cannot wait to come back.

The house was great! Loved the location. Very convenient to all of Sedona and easy to get to. We did have an issue with the micro wave, but I’m sure that will be fixed when we leave. The driveway took a little getting used to.

Great modern home in West Sedona
This home is gorgeous and has an amazing view. The beds were large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. We appreciated the light switches being labeled as they are everywhere. A minor inconvenience was the tv kept switching back to trying to put in a google sign in but if you press TV on the remote it went back to the channels. Thank you for the stay and it was a lovely time.

Beautiful home with awesome view
This is a beautiful home with awesome view! We have 4 adults and 3 little kids (1.5, 4, and 6 yrs old) and all the king size bedroom with their own bathrooms ( 2 walk-in showers) definitely made easier for everyone! The only 2 things that we wish for is a heater on the deck and another walk-in shower as well! Definitely recommended this house!

Wonderful Place to stay!!
Great views from the deck and inside as well. Each bedroom has a fantastic view of the red rock. The sunrise and sunsets were unbelievable. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and gadget you could ever need; the bedrooms were large and the bathrooms appeared recently upgraded. The entire house was immaculate. The barbeque was clean and perfect size for 6. The location is well located to shops, groceries and recycling. Delightful stay and we will book again!

Could not have enough great things to say about this place! The views were absolutely beautiful, the location was quiet and very close to all that we needed, and the interior was fantastic! It was a very easy check-in process, and they gave us some suggestions on places to go and eat around the area. The place really made us want to book another future trip during our trip! Sedona skyscape is a beautiful property. All the furniture is very comfortable, especially the beds. The house is beautifully designed and maximize gathering spaces. The deck is very comfortable with stunning views that change by the hour. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to cook full meals without scrambling for pans or utensils. Our only complaint was the steepness of the driveway and the hazardous front steps, meaning that one needed to drive up to the house. Walking up is quite difficult. The location in West Sedona was close to hiking and the best restaurants. we highly recommend this property.
