Fenwick Island rantahotelli rannalla, 5 minuutin ajomatka / pyörä rannalle! Kaksi kaunista rantahotellin takapihakannet, täynnä patio-viihdyttävää aluetta, jossa ulkorenkaalla grillata, kalastaa ja rentoutua yöllä, ja 50 jalkaa 20 jalkaa rantatelakka tekee lomastasi roiskeen!

Kotimme mahtuu mukavasti jopa 14. Majoitamme rutiininomaisesti 8, 10, 12 ja 14 perheen juhlia. Muita vieraita sallitaan omistajan hyväksynnällä. Tuo vanhemmat, isovanhemmat, lapset (ja myös Fido)!

Yläkerrassa on neljä makuuhuonetta: 2 suurta päällikkö kuningatar-sviittiä, joista toisessa on liukuvat lasiovet, jotka johtavat 2. kerroksen suureen aurinkoterassiin, jossa on aurinkotuoleja ja pöytä, erittäin tilava kylpyhuone, jossa on 2 hengen alaosaa, keraaminen kaakeloitu suihku ja 2 hengen kylpyamme. Imeytä stressisi! Toinen Master Suite yhdistetään viereiseen kylpyhuoneeseen, aulan poikki on aurinkoinen koko makuuhuone, ja lapsille tai (sydämessä oleville lapsille) neljäs makuuhuoneessa on kolme erillistä vuodetta, joissa on pack & play, leluja ja lisävuode.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on erittäin tilava viides makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode vanhemmille tai lapsille, yhdistävä kylpyhuone, jossa on stand-up-suihku.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja siinä on graniitti työtasot, erittäin suuri aamiaisbaari, jossa voit nauttia aamukahvia, ruokakomero, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, vohvelinkone ja kaikki lautaset, lasit ja välineet.

Olohuoneessa on takka, taulutelevisio, XBOX-pelijärjestelmä ja DVD.

Liukuvat lasiovet johtavat sinut kauniiseen 30 jalkaa pitkäyn ensimmäisen kerroksen kansiin, jossa on ruokapöytä ulkona ja lepotuoleja. Nauti auringosta ja tuulet lepotuoleja!

Kävele portaita alatason laiturillemme. Se on valtava, 50 x 20 jalkaa! Paljon tilaa ruoanlaittoon tuoretta kalaa, jonka olet saanut kaasugrilliimme tai pudottamalla tuoreille CRABS-malleille saatavilla olevat CRAB-ruukut heti laiturilta! Istu ja nauti aivan merenkulun inspiroimista piknikpöydistämme ja täysin varustetuista patiohuonekaluistamme vain jalan päässä vedestä.

Ulkona oleva kuuma / kylmä suihku on loistava paikka puhdistaa matkasi jälkeen lahti tai valtameri, tuntea viileä tuulta, kun otat kuuman suihkun auringon alla tai tähdet !!

Etukuisti lepotuoleilla.

Palvelusi avuksi talossa on kaksoisvyöhykeinen keskusilma, kattotuuletin, digitaalinen kaapeli-tv, dvd, XBOX-pelijärjestelmä (sateisiin päiviin!) kokoelma kirjoja ja videoita, stereot ja täydellinen pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Olemme 90 sekunnin ajomatkan päässä rannalta (runsaasti pysäköintitilaa) tai 5 minuutin pyöräretkelle. Pysähdy matkalla kohti Fisherin popcornia, karkkikeittiötä ja Kohrin jäätelöä!
Talo nukkuu 10-14 ihmistä mukavasti. Tuo lapset, vanhemmat ja isovanhemmat, siellä on paljon tilaa! Erinomainen monen perheen tai monen sukupolven vierailuille!

Kajakkeja, taskurapuja, boogie-levyt, dvd-kokoelma, lastenkirjat, lelut, pack & play, rantatuolit ja paljon muuta paikan päällä !!!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Shark's Cove Marina. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja porealtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great House! We'd stay again
We really loved this house. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the entire house was well-stocked, which helps a tone when you're cooking a full Thanksgiving meal! The house was beautiful and well-laid out. The view over the canal was perfect and we hope to come back during warmer weather so that we can take advantage of the great patio and the kayaks/SUPs.

We had such a great weekend’. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook for a group. The porch and deck are so much bigger than they look in the pictures, and it was nice to be near the water. Three full bathrooms were greatly appreciated too. We will be back’

What a great house!
We stayed here over the weekend with family and friends for a long overdue reunion to attend a nearby birthday celebration for someone special. The house was just perfect for what we needed and was well stocked and conveniently located. Lovely, well-equipped, well maintained comfortable home in a conveniently located neighborhood. The waterfront porch and deck provided a terrific space to enjoy being outdoors. The fenced-in yard was definitely a plus for our four-legged family member. Although we didn't need a thing, any correspondence with the property owner was met with an immediate response.

Lovely home & property
We had 8 members of our family & 2 dogs who enjoyed this lovely home. The weather was mostly beautiful, and we were able to enjoy the beach, as well as the kayaks and paddleboards that were supplied by the owner. We all met every morning on the big deck for our coffee. We made so many special memories the 2 weeks we were there. Such a pleasant and memorable family vacation!

This was a very nice place, liked having a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for my parents.
This was great for kayaking you can just go out back and drop your kayak in the canal, which we did several days, The paddle boards and kayaks supplied by owner was very nice. The kitchen was very well supplied with whatever you would need to cook for the family. I would recommend this place to my friends. The area is also very quiet. Great stay would rent this place again.

Perfect vacation home!
We had 13 family members and one pup for the week. The porch on the canal was our hang out spot! It was so nice to have enough seating for all of us. We ate outside on the picnic tables because they seated us all. Crabbing, jet ski, kayaking, pool, paddle boarding, beach, games, and eating took up our week. We lacked for nothing. The host was so responsive to any questions. We had family pictures taken at sunset out past the pool. Memories to last a lifetime. This house is stocked with everything! The neighborhood is nice and quiet too!

We were a group range of 5 kids between 12-8 years old and 3 adults over 65. This property was great for what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and other household items. We enjoyed the back porch and "baytime" to just relax and visit. The kids enjoyed geese that visited. Would rent again :)

Great time catching up with family
We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers and one dog. The house was spacious for all of us and the kids had a blast. So many different things for them to do rather stare at their phones. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed to cook. Anytime I had a question, the responses were super fast and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet for a tourist town. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home on the Water
This home was perfect for our family group of 10, ranging in age from 8 to 77 years old. (And we loved that we could bring our beloved dogs.) It is a very, very nice home in a great location, and we could quickly travel either north or south to many beaches and many activities. The kitchen had everything needed and the 5 bedrooms were great for all of us. We enjoyed gathering in the living/dining/kitchen area, to talk, play games, color pictures, do puzzles, watch tv, and spend time with one another. We loved being on the water, and walking in the neighborhood, with sightings of blue herons, egrets, ducks, geese, and bald eagles. The grandkids enjoyed trying to catch fish and going magnet fishing. We’d love to return and try kayaking and other water sports! (Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy during our stay in late March - we had a great time in spite of this.) And Cindy, the owner and host, is wonderful!

Very spacious and accommodating house a 5-10 minute drive from the Fenwick Island beach. Perfectly set up for kids, and the two decks made it feel even larger than it was.

Beautiful home and great location
Beautiful well kept home. Came with our four adult kids and aunt for Thanksgiving. Loved the backyard and being able to jump in the kayaks and paddle boards. Great location near plenty of restaurants and kitchen well stocked for us to cook. First floor bedroom and access to everything was wonderful for our 93 year old aunt. Being near Bethany for fun on the boardwalk and a turkey trot was great and the outlets offered plenty of shopping. Thank you to our host; we had a wonderful time!

House was just as pictured- very clean and loved the location on the water. Nice quiet neighborhood on the bay side! Loved the deck out back and the grills so we could cook out. Our dogs loved the back yard. House was very clean and loved the kitchen! Check in process needs to be updated- the instructions stated to look for the lock box behind a red chair on the front deck. We found the lock box on the front door, but the detailed instructions should be updated. The couches in the living room were somewhat uncomfortable- would have given 5 stars if they were more comfortable. There was one hiccup with the a/c- but the owner was very responsive and apologetic. This was fixed in less than 8 hours- thank you for the prompt response, I would stay here again and would recommend this property to others!

Great place and location. Close to everything. Plenty of toys to play with. Crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding. Outdoor porch is great.
