Boasting canal-front views from the home and bay/water access directly from the complex, this retreat is primed for carefree vacation comfort. Launch boats and kayaks from the dock or soak up the sun while staying cool around the sparkling community pool. Crab pots are provided (permits required) for guest use, and convenient sheds are equipped for storing beach and outdoor gear.

Start your days with morning coffee in the sunroom and enjoy alfresco meals on the water-view deck in the afternoon. The main living area sets the stage for casual downtime after the day's adventures with a sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen comes well-equipped with all the major appliances and counter seating for family mealtimes. A sitting area is furnished with dedicated desks and armchairs for remote working or reading. Home essentials include central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Dog-friendly home items include a crate, bowls, leash, and cushion.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Dock available for guest use. It has a ladder and ropes and sits on a wide canal with a large turnaround area at the end of the canal. It can be used to launch kayaks and boats (not provided by owner). NO SWIMMING IN THE CANAL.

**NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INTO THE CANAL INCLUDING FISH SCRAPS OR OTHER WASTE MATERIAL.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
