Finger lakes vacation
House was clean and convenient to all lakes and wineries. The house is not professionally constructed we had issues with the dishwasher. There was no storage is any of the bedrooms except the master. Overall it was fine but could use some improvement.

Lovely home
The property was well maintained and clean. All of us enjoyed our stay. A couple of things were noted. A curtain in the master bedroom bathroom would be nice for privacy. Plugs fall out of most of the outlets. Twin bed squeaks every time you move. A map of New York would be nice to visit surrounding towns and some local brochures. We would recommend this place to our friends.

This property is beautiful! The location was ideal, since our mother lives close to downtown Seneca Falls. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked, and everything else was amazing! Our hosts were easy to contact, and happy to answer any questions we had. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property for a Finger Lakes visit!

Just Wow !
What a wonderful place . We felt very welcomed in a safe home . Lots of little though full things to make us feel at home . Clean and up to date furniture . BBQ and fire pit were also great . Close to The lakes. We really had a great time . Thank you

The location is good. The house is nice. However the king size bed is very bad. The head board end is 4” lower than the foot end. I had to sleep Backwards on it. It’s unacceptable.

Beautiful Home and Great Stay
The home was beautiful, and clean. The host left towels, snacks, wine and accessible wifi. There were no bugs or any issues with getting in and out of the house. All of the beds were comfortable and I recommend this house to stay in.

Awesome place in the Finger Lakes!
We really loved this place! Big rooms, nicely decorated, great layout, and a nice wrap around deck. We came to fish Cayuga lake and had plenty of room for 4 trucks with trailers. The host was also awesome. Always there to answer any requests or questions we had. Highly recomend. Very, very peaceful!

Holiday wine trail weekend
Property was clean and a convenient location to local wineries. The only thing missing were pots and pans. There were only 1 frying pan and a stock pot. There also wasn’t enough coffee mugs, only 3. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wine country weekend
We enjoyed our short stay. The house was private, clean, and adequately stocked, except for too few dishes for even 4 people (but it worked out). The weather was cool and we were gone during the day, but the wrap around deck is an awesome feature! The location was perfect for visiting wineries/cideries in the area, which was our mission! Mission accomplished!

Cute mobile home. The deck they added is very nice. Dishes from previous Guests still in dry rack. Wish we would have had a heads up about the broken dishwasher because it had some kind of soup or sauce all over the inside. Wouldn’t close so was less than desirable. Host did respond they were trying to get it fixed but would have been nice to not find that gross surprise inside. And know why dishes were still out on the counter to dry. Only on small pan, no pots. Bring your own paper towels and cork screw. Kitchen sink had long hair in the sink and grease in the vent a hood and utensils beside the stove. Beds were nice. Sinks in bathrooms are kind of like fish sinks (had a kitchen faucet and drainer) and there is no counter space. Nice deck. Host responds within a hour or so and that is nice. Friendly and offers help with issues. The breakdown of costs differ between quote and charge but that seems to be a vrbo/Evolve issue
