Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Location was amazing, literally 5 minutes walk to the street of Myeongdong. Variety of shopping malls to explore. Facilities were good and clean. A little odd that Lobby is located at 17th floor.

Decent hotel, water pressure is amazing in the shower. Breakfast was good, panels on the walls in the room aren’t in the best shape.. they don’t have cups or ice for your room. Overall a standard place. Airport limousine bus is very close which was nice

We had a twin connecting room for our stay, and it was great. The room was cozy, and the toilets are clean. The location of the hotel is super convenient, and very easy to navigate Seoul from the hotel. However the pillows should be improved as they were too soft offering no support to the neck.

Comfortable rooms, but noise travels easily through the hallways. Staff is mostly friendly. We were disappointed with the limited breakfast options. We did enjoy the Convenience of the 7 eleven and Starbucks next to the hotel.

Ok but not amazing
Nice clean hotel but not amazing. Staff not particularly helpful, friendly or welcoming at all Room was an ok size. Shower head was terrible. Narrow stream too powerful it caused shower head to pivot all over and spray water everywhere Would stay again as location was good and rooms were fine overall
