It is located in the heart of city. Very good for public transit including the Express train from Incheon Airport and also shopping at Namdaemoon market and Lotte Outlet Mall. However the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and the city view was pretty nothing special.

The hotel was hard to find, our room was a bit dated and looked like it could have used some TLC as some of the wallpaper was ripped, the safe didn't work until I called someone to replace the batteries. The staff and service was excellent however.

Extremely grateful to the staff
Wife broke her ankle 2 hours after arriving. We we looking for a place to eat outside the hotel and a bad step causes her ankle to snap. We went back to the hotel, and Shawn (I’m sure I am spelling it wrong) called all the local clinics until he found one that was open and had staff that could help us. He made sure we got to our taxi and when we got to the hospital, they were expecting us. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Shawn and the rest of the staff at 4 Points. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly. The view from the 29th floor was fantastic.

The big plus is the proximity of the hotel to Seoul Station, thus it makes a great first hotel if one is commuting via the airport express from the airport
