Good for the price
Clean everywhere but underneath the bed. There was air-conditioning and tv in the room but we didn't try if they worked. The wifi seemed to have some problem but we didn't bother asking about it. Other than that, everything seemed to be in good condition. We didn't try the breakfast.
The rooms had poor sound insulation against noise from within the building. There was no noise from outside even though there's a market/shopping street right below. The escape system to exit the window is silly since a person would not fit out of this window even if he/she broke it first.
The location is great since many major sights are within walking distance and the Seoul subway system is cheap and efficient.
