とても丁寧に対応してくださったのですが、韓国語が苦手な私にとってはチェックインも一苦労でした。お部屋は広くてシャワーの勢いもよく、ベッドも寝心地が良かったですが、お掃除は今ひとつ(汗)

호텔스닷컴에서 예약했으나 숙박거부당함
밤11시반에 도착.호텔스닷컴에서 예약했으나 전달 못받았다고 방을 줄수가 없다고 할뿐더러 4명 룸한개 가능하다고 예약되었는데 그런 타입의 방도 애초에 없다고 자신들과는 전혀 상관없는 일이라고 함. 호텔스닷컴에 확인해보라고해도 연락처도 모른다고 지속적으로 자신들과는 관계없으니 직접 해결하라고 하는 황당한 경험을 함. 예약상황 전화로 들려줘도 자신들은 모르겠다고 일관함. 결국 호텔담당자 확인서(방 연락 못받아 못줬다) 하나 받고 새벽 두시에 친척집에 들어가는 황당한 경험을 했음. 최소한 그런 상황에서는 시스템 착오일수 있다. 안타깝다. 등 고객 입장을 충분히 이해하고 알아보겠다는 태도는 취해야 함에도 불구하고 모른는 일이다. 방이 없다. 호텔스닷컴은 우리와 상관없다. 라고 대응을 하니 애셋 데리고 낯선 한국에서 불친절과 무책임의 최고 수준을 경험하게 되었음.
